Come and unwind after a long day exploring all that historic Saratoga Springs, NY has to offer. Grill on the beautiful patio, s'mores around the fire pit, backyard games on the sprawling lawn or just relax in this newly renovated home offering multiple gathering spaces. Centrally located within walking distance to the track (6blocks), downtown (1 mile), and SPAC (1/2 mile).
This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The benefit of having two living spaces allows for flexibility whether you're coming as a single family, multiple families, or a group of friends. Our outdoor space includes a dining area, grill, fire pit, and a large fenced yard. Our driveway allows for ample parking (5 spaces).
We hope you feel as comfortable and safe in this home as you would your own.

Perfect for families or friends

The house is very nice and well cared for. The host was easy to communicate with. The house was about a 20 minute walk or 3 min drive to downtown. Overall I would highly recommend for families or groups of friends!
