Kenia was very responsive to any questions that arose, the house was clean with a great back yard and pool area. The location was also super convenient to everything in the area. We had a great time at the house and can’t wait to come back.

We used the property only to sleep. Our family gathering nearby for our eating, gathering needs including a pool. We did not use the kitchen at all.Rooms were very clean. House was spacious.They were very skimpy in providing towels. 2 small towels for each room. Toilet paper was scarce. The entrance to the house was on directly off University Parkway and a bit scary to navigate in and out.Communication with the property manager was tough, and the entrance code was not given until 15 minutes AFTER check in time.

Horrible Host

Stay started out great and then we felt as if we were being watched. We had a limo pick us up from house which unknown to us, caused gate to be left open. She called to let us know and was irate and irrational. We gladly did the right thing and immediately went back to close gate and ensure all doors were closed and locked. She called my phone numerous times if I didn’t respond quick enough to her rude texts. It felt as if our every move was being recorded. She also lied and said neighbors complained about our noise. We spoke with neighbors and they did not complain. 0 stars

We had a great time! It was in an area with lots to do for older teens and adults. Shopping, restaurants were close. Communication with property manager was top notch. Easy check in and check out. Not much to do as far as check out. The only negative was noise from the highway but not too bad.

Family Memorial Weekend

We stayed here, four adults and had a great experience. It was a sad weekend, but having a nice place to unwind was great. My only preference would be less "scented" plug ins. The place was really very strongly scented, and we had to move all the air fresheners outside. The pool area is gorgeous.
