From the large lot on a quiet & private street to the huge deck at the front door, this property is very unique! Phillippi Creek winds around the edge of the lot and you can launch your kayak from the property and paddle all the way to the intercoastal if you’d like depending on the time of year. Soaring ceilings, a chic kitchen that is stocked with dishware and utensils, an elegant bath and separate shower along with the two nicely-sized bedrooms located on the main level/second floor. You’ll adore the large screened deck tucked into the treetops with grill & gas fire pit off the second bedroom! Ascend to the third floor with the master bedroom suite, where you will be absolutely wowed by this spacious loft-like space that includes a sitting area, desk/work area, and even room for morning yoga or meditation in the bedroom or on the attached lanai! The bath features a jetted tub and shower with space for two and a huge walk-in closet next to the washer/dryer for ultimate convenience. Easily drive or bike to Siesta Key Beach, downtown Sarasota, or hop on the nearby Legacy Trail - also, TJMaxx, Dollar Store and gym across the street!

This is a beautiful, clean home. Many updated amenities included. Very spacious and enjoyable. We traveled with young children so we were extra mindful of the waterways surrounding the property. There was traffic noise heard outside, but inside was quiet and private. Would recommend!

The location was ideal, centrally located with a short drive to both the beach and downtown, which made everything very convenient.The host was also very responsive and quick to help with any questions we had throughout the stay, which we really appreciated. Overall, a very positive experience and we’d definitely consider staying here again.
