Endless summer in beautiful house with heated pool

Beautiful house with private heated pool. Close to Anna Maria island and beaches. Located near many shops and restaurants. Kayaking, beach horseback riding, fishing, and golf courses are only minutes away. House is newly renovated and has all brand new appliances and furniture. House has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom, second bedroom, and living room have smart TV's. There is also a grill for guests to use on the patio. House is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: 6 bikes, coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs , beach tents and pool/ beach toys. There are four security cameras located on the outside of the property that cover the driveway, front door, and sides of the property. There is a $15 fee per day for heated pool in form of check , cash or zelle.

Aneta was great! The place was amazing, clean, comfy beds and perfect for a getaway! The pool wa fantastic we loved it! We are definitely going to book here again next year! We loved everything about this rental! Our host was excellent from beginning to end. Communicated well and quickly. As soon as we walked in it smelled glorious! The heated pool was our favorite part and was perfect for our November stay. Rooms were in immaculate condition, clean and fully stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed and fully stocked as well. We had a great stay for the week. The house was so nicely decorated and welcoming. It was so well stocked with all the things we needed to not have to eat out all the time. The pool was great. My daughter had a training at IMG for the weekend and we stayed here and it was perfect! We grilled and spent alot of time in the pool! It was clean and had everything you need! We will be back next May!

Cozy place

My wife, her son, his wife and their two younguns stayed here over thanksgiving week. We loved the place and had a blast every day. The pool was fun! The kitchen had all the utensils that we needed to cook our thanksgiving meal. Beautiful area, close to stores, if you needed anything. Lots of restaurants around as well
