Wont stay again
This hotel needs some help! Room very very musty. Dont use the text link they send if you need anything they dont ever reply. Cant ever find workers at the front to assist with anything. Poor water pressure in showers and toilets. Upon check in no details given about pool, breakfast, etc so be ready to dig for your own answers. Location was good, close to gas and food. Beds were comfortable if you can take the musty smell. Did not recieve anything for the vip access.

Even though when we arrived earlier of the usual 3pm check in we were advised by the front desk clerk that she cannot check in any earlier than 3pm because they are under staff. We were given a room right away soon after 3pm. Room was modern, clean and good. Love their breakfast lay out and options. Location is close to everything, shopping, foods, main highways.

Really great staff. Breakfast is average. Room was good except bathroom needed some work maintenance wise (caulk). Bathroom floor did not look very clean. NO ICE anywhere.

Mildew smell
The rooms all had a smell of mildew. There was black mold growing on the exterior windows that I could see walking in. The bathroom fixtures were rusted. The keycards would lose their magnetism if you put them near your phone. It was $300 for one night which was crazy for the quality they provided.
