Good Budget location within easy walk of the sites

This is a great budget location situated within a couple minutes walk of the sights and with limited on street reserved parking of about 2 spaces. Room was a good size, it had a balcony and the bed was comfy. I didn’t eat there but the food looked good. I would definitely stay there again on any future visits to Berat.

Great hotel

A 3 day visit for us but could not have been more pleased. A central location with plenty of eating and shopping nearby. The owner is lovely and very helpful, the breakfast was plenty to start the day with. The hotel is super clean. We had a problem with the plumbing the first night but moved to another room without any fuss. Lovely mix of other visitors as well which is always interesting.

Worth it for the price

Unique beautiful old hotel, private parking is an overstatement, and the beds are old and lumpy and bad! But the price is great! And the place was clean and the family friendly enough.

Berat beauty.

Lovely old building in the heart of Berat, with a real feel of history and tradition. We only stayed one night, but it was good. The bed was a little shaky, but the hot water was appreciated, as it was a cold day in April. We didn't have breakfast, as there was a great bakery across the road that opened at 7am but I think it would be good as the hotel is also a restaurant. We would happily have stayed longer, is we'd had more time. Parking is the only problem.

Great location!

The hotel is located in Mangalem, the downtown area of Berat. From the bus station you can take the urban bus which leaves you about 50 m from the hotel (cost=30 leks). Check in was a breeze, courteous Rellana had everything ready and even printed me a bus ticket that I previously bought. The room was very clean, with a balcony and 2 single beds, private bathroom and a/c... the temperature outside was up to 37C. There is an optional breakfast for 5 Euros. Plenty of restaurants and shops around. The Berat Castle is 1.2 Km away. SUpermarket 850 m away.
