Well-maintained spacious room perfect for family travel. Having kitchen is a big plus, as well as their above-average bath. Hotel is located in a quiet area less than 10 minutes away from Susukino station, with ample options for restaurants and convenience stores. Great value for the quality.

Conveniently located in the Susikino area close to transport and walking distance to many sights and restaurants. We got there early and left the luggage with the front counter; when we got back at 1500 for check in, they had delivered the luggage to our room. Room was enough for a family of four with two teenagers. Beds were firm but comfortable. Would recommend for its value.

The hotel is good for short stays and close enough walk to the main shopping street. There was quite a musty smell in the room when we first checked in but you can just open the windows or turn the air con in to air out the smell. There’s no room service so you’ll have to hand in your trash to the reception if you want it emptied and the front desk is only manned from the afternoon so keep that in mind. The showers was a surprise as it’s quite spacious. Overall for the price we paid, I think it’s an alright stay especially if you have a big group or if you want to be able to use a basic kitchen.

The staff were very nice and went beyond to help us. The facility and amenities were exactly like the images, but there were some dings on the walls here and there in the room as well as water lime stains in the shower and shower heads. Other than that it was an absolutely welcoming stay that is a walks away from many things to see and transportation to visit the other sites in Sapporo.

We are coming for a holiday and the chances of staying in the room is not possible during the customer service operating hour from 3pm to 10pm. Firstly, what are the chances we could possible get in touch with the crew during this hour for our needs. Secondly, there was no room services everyday. Thirdly, trash bags was not provided and we have to use our shopping bags to store the rubbish and bring them down to the lobby. Overall, it was not a pleasureable experience.

Right off the bat, the staff was very helpful in setting us up for success and making the check-in as easy as possible. The room was enormous, very modern, and felt luxurious to stay in. The views were spectacular and the location was a great jumping off point for just about anything we wanted to do in Sapporo. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location right next to Susukino and Tanukikoji. Everything is within walking distance. There's the Jasmac hotel which also sports an onsen within a 10 minute walk. We stayed in the Executive suite, a total of 3 people. One of us opted for the futon, which is an additional 1000¥ that is paid in cash to reception. There are two main rooms, both with heat/ac mini splits. The main room has a hot tub, but we didn't use it. Location is a bit off the main commercial area so it's quiet and convenient.

A great hotel that trades unnecessary minor conveniences for a larger room and a more cost-effective price. The suite was clean and well appointed while the rules/FAQs were simple and clear. Our party greatly enjoyed our stay and had no issues whatsoever. Might recommend using a local coin laundry over the machines available at the property, but any inconvenience in this case is far more a reflection of other guests at the time than the hotel's proprietors. Would recommend for both business travelers and families or vacationers.
