This is one of the best hotels I stayed in Hokkaido especially for morning flights out of chitose. Rooms were spacious, clean and they provide good quality amenities. Staff are attentive as well.

A truly incredible stay, the staff were extremely helpful and very informative about the wonderful facilities and accomodations. The room was super comfortable, extremely beautiful and very clean. A fancy hotel at the airport? Yes, please! We stayed there overnight, because our flight arrived late evening. It was a good walk to get there though. The room was absolutely amazing! Hallways unbelievable! Check in experience-great! Onsen was ok. And restaurant was the food at the restaurant was not impassive. Breakfast buffet was amazing as well!!! Selection was not that big, but everything was a very high quality and delicious! My husband didn’t want to leave.
