O mínimo necessário

O hotel é velho, com toalhas velhas, quartos com aquele leve cheiro de velho+cigarro (leve mesmo), chuveiro elétrico, cortina fina, e café da manha continental só pq tem 4 variedades de bolo cortados e apresentados de maneiras diferentes - com poucas frutas e muitos salgadinhos. Uso pra dormir uma noite apenas quando preciso acordar muito cedo na cidade. Vale apenas para isso.

Decepção, de fato

Este hotel não dispõe de estacionamento para carros grandes, apenas para pequenos. Não existe restaurante, apenas um refeitório para o café da manhã, que aliás, estava frio e mal conservado. Percebi muito ruído externo durante o dia. Não existe privacidade no quarto, pois as janelas dão de frente aos vizinhos… Notei também um pequeno cheiro de mofo no quarto, dando a impressão que os travesseiros estavam com humidade. Encontrei uma baratinha no quarto.

Experiência ruim, infelizmente ruim!

Infelizmente uma série de intercorrências prejudicou enormemente a nossa experiência. Da outra vez, em janeiro, o quarto onde fiquei, no 2° andar necessitava de manutenção no banheiro, mas não publiquei aqui na avaliação. Dessa vez eu e minha amiga ficamos hospedadas no sétimo andar, ap 710. Quarto sem abajour, sem móvel de cabeceira lateral, ar condicionado que parou a uma da manhã. E seguiu parando. Os funcionários tentaram resolver, não conseguiram. Foi oferecido outro quarto, mas aquela altura da madrugada, minha amiga já havia adormecido. Eu mesma por não ser completamente leiga em assuntos de manutenção predial, descobri que o problema do ar era um defeito do timer. Consegui ajustar e ele funcionou. Não deixaram cobertores disponíveis na unidade, o que achei inadequado, principalmente pela já mudança de estação. Mas também não pedi. Interfone para falar com a recepção fica no meio do andar, fora do quarto. O que é isso? Também disponibilizaram apenas um rolo de papel higiênico. Pedi reposição, recebi apenas mais um. Economia completamente desnecessária! Não estou falando de tarifa tão reduzida assim tal que, justifique todas essas falhas. Café da manhã - conceito colonial - com bastante opções, mas, alguns ingredientes de preparos e outros servidos no buffet, de qualidade ruim. Exemplo, queijo prato. Bem localizado, perto da praia mas, de novo, nada justifica tudo o que aconteceu, nada. Espero que possam corrigir com seriedade e termos mais sorte numa próxima vez.
