Condo with pool and sauna less than 100 meters from the beach. Great location. High standard.

Casa boa pertinho da praia de Maresias.

Casa bem localizada, sala/cozinha ampla e bem aparelhada. Quartos bem distribuídos, no andar superior. Para acessar os quartos, há uma escada, sem corrimão.

Carnaval em Maresias

Não tivemos muita sorte por conta do ocorrido no litoral norte de SP durante o carnaval. Ficamos 2 dias totalmente sem comunicação em Maresias e além de estar tudo alagado . A casa é mto boa , excelente localização em um ambiente tranquilo . Tivemos um incidente com um dos quartos que entrou muita água e por sorte o casal que iria ficar nele acabou não indo senão poderia ter acontecido algum acidente. Por conta disso esperávamos um pouco mais de flexibilidade do proprietário por ser uma situação que saiu do controle de todos inclusive nosso e dele. Saímos um dia antes da casa e não conseguimos estorno da diária que pagamos. Foi nos oferecido um final de semana sem ser feriado e que não esteja alugado mas acho que no momento não era o que estávamos esperando. Fomos com um casal de idosos e temos uma filha pequena então a experiência não foi boa para querermos voltar na cidade tão cedo. A casa e nova , pequena mas acomoda bem 5 pessoas. Preciso de alguns reparos inclusive o quarto que entrou água já mostrava sinais de vazamento mas o condomínio é mto bom e calmo. Casa com utensílios e bem equipada. Talvez em uma oportunidade normal teríamos condições de avaliar de uma forma melhor .

A casa eh muito boa, as fotos condizem com a realidade, possui boa localização mas tem uma casa atrás do condomínio com festas diárias e som muito alto dia e noite.
