a estrutura e localização do hotel são ótimas! o quarto estava limpo quando chegamos, o chuveiro tinha uma ótima pressão e água quentinha, o ar condicionada era bem pontente e a equipe foi bem atenciosa. a região é muito movimentada e como ficamos em um andar baixo (3º andar) e ouvimos barulhos até a madrugada mesmo com todas as janelas fechadas, mas já estava ciente de que isso poderia acontecer. acho que a taxa de café da manhã não vale a pena pelo que oferecem, ainda mais tendo tantas opções próximas que custariam o mesmo valor...

O quarto que ficamos (201) era relativamente pequeno e ficava de frente para a rua, e como a rua tem movimento de barzinhos, é possível escutar barulho até altas horas, para nós não foi o maior incômodo, mas outras pessoas com sono mais leve podem se incomodar. O quarto não tinha televisão, nem frigobar nem microondas, o que dificultava até guardar uma garrafa d’água para beber. A cama achei bem desconfortável, o colchão era mais para firme e extremamente barulhento, a ponto de incomodar muito. No banheiro o chuveiro esquentava de forma honesta, mas não havia um piso para quando saísse do banho, quando pedi um na recepção me foi informado que estavam na lavanderia, e em dois dias perguntando se já haviam chegado, ainda não haviam providenciado. Ou seja, ficamos toda a estadia pisando no chão quando saíamos do banho, esse ponto me chamou a atenção negativamente, pois era um problema de fácil solução que não foi resolvido pela equipe do hotel. Pontos positivos eu destaco a localização, é próximo de bares, restaurantes, farmácia e um mercado. E bem próximo do Beco do Batman. Para quem prefere dar preferência à localização, indico o hotel com a ressalva de que o conforto não será o ponto forte, fora isso, não indico.

Não fiquem nesse lugar

Primeiro, ao chegar para fazer o checkin nos foi informado que não havia chave para acessar os quartos. Toda vez que precisássemos entrar no quarto, teríamos que solicitar que um funcionário nos acompanhasse para abrir a porta. Embora os funcionários fossem sempre atenciosos, era apenas um para cumprir esse função, e aconteceu de ter que ficar esperando ele voltar de outro andar, abrindo a porta de outro hóspede, para que pudéssemos entrar no quarto. Além disso, o barulho nos finais de semana é insuportável. O Hotel não possui nenhum isolamento acústico nas janelas, e fica bem ao lado do High Line, que deixa uma rave rolando com som mais alto que o do Tomorrowland até meia noite, e depois disso você vai ouvir o sertanejo de mais baixo nível como se o cantor estivesse cantando dentro do seu quarto até pelo menos 2h da manhã. Era quando conseguíamos dormir. As toalhas são as piores que já me foi dada em qualquer hotel que estive, sério. Nem o hostel mais barato no interior da Bolívia tinha uma toalha tão fina e de má qualidade. Não há coburtura adequada para o colchão. Basicamente é um lençol que tem a medida exata da superfície do colchão, e não fica preso embaixo. Assim, ao menor movimento do seu corpo, esse lençol sai do lugar e você acaba com o corpo direto sobre o mesmo cochão que vários se deitaram antes de você. Por fim, durante os três dias que estivemos lá o quarto não foi arrumado. Fujam desse lugar, não importa o quão barato esteja.
