In addition to comfort and leisure, there is space for studies/work and coworking.
The space
Premium space, designed with a lot of detail and attention to the person: quiet, bright, ventilated, cozy... just right for those who want to spend some time in Sampa.
Imagine arriving at night and wanting to rest after a nice hot shower.
You will find:
- super spacious and comfortable beds, one of which has a programmable massager and micromagnets for total body relaxation. In addition to the beds, there is a single sofa bed (1.10x1.80m)
- Top multimedia, with a large screen 4K Smart TV integrated with fiber optic internet and JBL Top surround sound, with subwoofer.
- Associate all of this with really cool content, with streaming from Samsung, Disney+, Star+ and Brasil Paralelo!
(Pretty immersive experience, right?!)
- Ambient light with adjustable intensity and hot/cold air conditioning complete the total "off-city" mood.
Well-equipped kitchen with cooktop with extractor hood, electric oven and microwave, as well as a dishwasher.
The building also has a laundry room for renting a washer/dryer machine, an outdoor space with a swimming pool and sun loungers and a coworking space for work/study and meeting people.
