Isso é um Motel travestido de Hotel. Falta de respeito com o cliente! Não há problemas em ser Motel, porém tem que deixar isso claro para que a pessoa tome a decisão correta na hora de reservar. Pelas fotos, tudo muito bonito, mas é um Motel! Eu imagino a cara que ficaria uma família com criança ao reservar uma diária num local deste. Desrespeito total!

Já sou usuário há algum tempo, mas na ultima estadia em 20/21 julho foi um inferno dormir no local, a noite e madrugada inteira ficaram batendo porta e produzindo sol alto, alem de gritos. IMPORTANTE, JÁ INFORMEI MAIS DE UMA VEZ SOBRE UM DEGRAU INVISIVEL E MUITO PERIGOSO POR ISTO, E NADA FOI FEITO. ALÉM DISSO SOLICITEI CM BASTANTE ANTECEDÊNCIA AJUSTE NO CHUVEIRO E TAMBÉM NADA FOI FEITO. TINHA RESERVAS SEMANAIS ATÉ FEV DE 2020. E IREI CANCELAR TODAS.

Muito bom!

Foi muito bom. A localização do hotel é excelente, é um hotel bem legal e bem gostoso. A única questão, não sei se foi só no meu quarto, era uma claridade muito grande provocada por uma luz o ar condicionado. Mas foi um tempo muito bom.

Sempre volto, mas deixou a desejar.

Banheiro nao estava limpo, cheio de cabelos no ralo e no lençol da cama. Podiam separar quem esta indo para hospedagem, de quem utiliza para motel, nao disponibilizar quartos no mesmo andar.
