Beautiful ranch in Cotia to 40 min of Sao Paulo, with great access, all grassy, wooded and walled. BARBECUE AREA: BBQ with skewers and grill, sink, semi-industrial stove, wood stove, refrigerator with freezer, central table fixed to support 02 and meson woods with fixed seats for (24 seats).
