The hotel is a great stay but the property is only available thru WhatsApp via texting! I waited 30 minutes in the extreme heat for a reply to get back in hotel as the reception works remotely …. And there is some delays when waiting for replys!

My stay at the Ape paulista was nothing short of a horrible stay. Would not recommend this hotel unless they change the following: 1) Give staff more room to make decisions. When towels or rooms needed to be cleaned management has to be approve 2) Deborah the cleaning house manager is way to involved in my stay. Created a huge mess due to her being overly concerned with my stay activity. 3) cleaning I had to buy cleaning agents to clean my room. They don’t come by and ask if you need your room cleaned or if towels are needed. 4) street noise took a bit of getting use to. Overall I give this place a 1 star at best and will never return.

Quartos 1 e 2 muito barulhentos
Ótima localização. Fica bem próximo da Paulista e de boas opções de restaurantes e padarias. Acomodação nova, cama boa, em geral vale o preço. Apenas uma ressalva: como fica em uma rua movimentada, tem dois quartos (o número 1 e o 2) que são bem barulhentos, em razão dos carros na rua. Então sugiro que peçam algum quarto mais pra dentro do apart-hotel, fujam dos quartos 1 e 2, se quiserem ter uma boa noite de sono.

Ótima localização
O apê é bem limpo e aconchegante, tudo novo e fica em uma região super privilegiada, perto de estação de metrô, bares, restaurantes, shopping e para quem quer curtir Sao Paulo. Contudo, achei o ambiente barulhento e com pouca privacidade. Durante a madrugada fiquei um pouco inseguro e acho perigoso ter que digitar uma senha grande no portão da rua, principalmente para quem volta para o apê mais tarde.

Acomodação boa, porém com problemas de segurança
A estrutura da acomodação é muito boa. Cama boa e chuveiro excelente. O quarto é bem limpo e muito confortável. No entanto, apesar do sistema de acesso ao prédio e ao apartamento aparentar ser seguro (você os acessa por meio de uma senha na fechadura da porta), fiquei preso para fora em duas oportunidades após alguns dias de estadia. Na primeira delas minha senha de acesso ao quarto não estava mais sendo reconhecida, o que me fez ter de aguardar por uma solução da meia noite até a uma da manhã. Na segunda vez, minha senha de acesso ao prédio que não funcionou, o que me fez aguardar pela solução na rua, também no período noturno. Durante essas situações encontrei outros hóspedes que já tinham passado pelo mesmo problema, sendo que um deles não foi atendido durante a madrugada e teve que dormir no hotel mais próximo, pois estava preso do lado de fora e não conseguia acessar seu quarto com seus pertences.
