Me gusto la atención recibida por la señora de limpieza. No me gusto la falta de dirección correcta en el lugar, la desinformación, en el hotel no sabían que íbamos, las instalaciones, no había agua en la llave, no había una pequeña nevera, no tenía puerta en el baño, en fin fue decepcionante. El lugar tiene un nombre que no es el nombre del hotel y nadie sabe su ubicación llegamos de pura casualidad, no tienen en la página un teléfono donde llamar y que respondan. Aquí dice que se llama Historic room Zona Colonial y no hay reseñas de ese lugar y el hotel se llama Guarocuya.
