Loved this hotel and location!

My boyfriend and I stayed here at the last minute so we could spend some time outside the Punta Cana resort world. We loved everything about our stay - the hotel, the location, the staff, the room! We wish it could’ve been for longer than a single night. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a great jumping-off point for exploring the Zona Colonial!

Location, Staff, Food, & Accommodations - Great!

Pros: Staff was excellent...the best
Cons: Prices were high
Location: Perfect location...lots to see and safe.
The location was perfect and within walking distance from most of what you would like to see in Santo Domingo. The hotel accommodations were excellent. Staff was outstanding and food was very good. Prices were high.

Well located, nice amenities but small rooms

We have been to the Zona Colonial 7/8 times over the years and stayed in about 6 different hotels (including one directly across the street). This hotel is 3-4 years old and “modern” in styling. It was cobbled together from several historic buildings which were combined - a situation which I’m sure posed an architectural challenge. In the European style, the rooms are quite small and windows ( therefore natural light) are minimal. That said, they have managed to pack a lot of generally attractive amenities (including a rooftop pool and bar) in a relatively small space.

Clean Rooms, Convenient Location, Courteous Staff

Pros: Great location...
Cons: Cant think of anything.
Excellent location, near many tourist attractions. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to please. The restaurant food was excellent...having a wide selection. The hotel was clean and well decorated. The price for rooms was worth every penny. I will be back for another stay.
