great location but cold and dirty room

excellent location 4 blocks from metro station tobalaba and mall costanera center. Good breakfast, room was dirty, bathroom with hair of previous travelers. Bathroom too small barely one person can be on it. We spent very cold nights with blankets ! Their central heat or doers not work or they do not turn it on. Noisy room too, bring ear plugs,.

Very nice

I travelled to Santiago for a few days, and after staying at another apartment i went to Presidente's. I lived as my home, 2 bathrooms, 2 rooms and a big living room, with kitchen of course. All lovable. Next to the largest mall in santiago, 6 blocks, rounded with large houses and great vegetation. Loved this place at PROVIDENCIA, CL.

Fine for families

The place is in a good location, within a 10 minute walk of a large mall and supermarket, metro, etc. The rooms are apartments. with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. the rooms are small and the "master" bedrooms are decent sized but the second bedrooms have full size beds that are tough to share and a tiny bathroom. We took the smaller room and let the kids have the master, but it was cramped. The internet wasnt working well in the rooms most of the time, so we spent a lot of time in the halls and lobby. The place was otherwise well-equiped and had heat for chilly evenings and daily maid service.

Perfect for a family trip

The 2-bedroom rooms are large and the bed very comfortable, and the parking is easy. The neighborhood is also very calm and quiet. The maintenance could do better, and the furnishing could do with an update, but overall it was a great experience.

Good location, but building is run down.

This hotel is in an old apartment building and has not been remodeled for a long time. For example plumbing and bathroom are at least 50 years old. Wifi seemed to work well. Staff was helpful. Building sucks.

Great location, little old

Stayed 2 nights, hotel/apartment in great location, safe tree-lined neighbourhood just 5 minutes walk to metro station, mini marts, ATMs and all level of dining establishments. The wifi is weak, the kitchenette is very old and tired, minor thing but no complementary tea/coffee in room.

a quiet retreat in Santiago

i chose this hotel because it was in a quiet street in providencia, and the surroundings were indeed very pleasant. it had a good functional kitchen and sitting room, and was very comfortable. the bathroom was very cramped but adequate. we were located on the ground floor and heard a lot of noise from reception as well as from other apartments (and the plumbing!). the heating was adequate, though not 100% ideal. still it was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good.

Santiago's secret place to stay.

We had a lovely 2 bedroom unit with two bathrooms. Has a full kitchen, dining and lounge. Lounge was not that comfortable, but beds were great. Enjoyed the closeness to Tobalaba Metro Station, (just over 3 blocks away) so handy to whole Santiago. Hotel situated in a quiet neighbourhood, Breakfast was adequate for a great start to the day.

safe and convenient location

A very safe neighbourhood, not a short walking distance from any of the tourist spots but the subway is so easy to take that that doesn't matter. A really nice breakfast. Staff a little aloof and don't offer information, you have to ask, after that they are pretty friendly.

My colleague and I went to Santiago to visit a customer, we booked our flights and this hotel together, which was a HUGE PLEASANT SURPRISE! It is a well located department with kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms and a big patio; wifi and breakfast INCLUDED. It was an unbelievable deal, we will definitely come back again.

A little out of the way

This hotel seemed to be quite a distance from the downtown in a residential type neighborhood. I don't know if there were other options closer to the Centro. It was easy, however, to walk to the Subway and access the dowtown. Good value for an apartment style hotel. Free parking and WIFI.

A great place to stay

The hotel is in a very good quiet and safe area and close to metro station. There are very good eating places in the area. The staff is very helpful. Free access to internet is available 7/24. I would highly recommend this place.

Nice neighborhood

Great hotel

Club Presidente is located in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The only major traffic was during rush hour. It's close to a metro station. The breakfast was great and you can order eggs complimentary. I would definitely stay here again.
