Habitación sin armario para poder guardar algo de ropa, solo diapone de un colgador de pared para poder colgar los abrigos y ya está. La ducha tiene cortina en vez de mampara. La bañera tiene cortina en vez de mampara. Habitación limpieza . Desayuno muy rico, te dan a elegir diferentes tostadas, te dan yogur natural, riquisimo, café y una pieza de fruta. Zona muy segura para alojarse, en menos de 5min andando hay dos supermercados grandes. Lo peor fue que no permiten poder pagar con tarjeta de débito.

Espero NO volver nunca más a este hotel.

Lamentablemente la experiencia fue pésima, el hotel tiene un descuido increíble, anticuado, le hace muchísima falta una renovación total. La pieza que me tocó ni hablar, no tenía ningún tipo de ventilación ni ventanas, el ambiente era muy bullicioso, se escuchaba todo en el pasillo, terrible. El baño un tema absolutamente aparte, y por motivos personales me tuve que retirar antes de lo esperado tipo 4:20 Am aproximadamente, el agua de la ducha en demoró 30 minutos por reloj en calentar, esto sin ánimos de exagerar, 30 minutos en calentar. Ya cuando estaba listo para salir… mi vehículo quedó atrapado por otros en el estacionamiento, por lo que a las 5:20 Am aproximadamente, hubo que ir a despertar al visitante Argentino que estaba tapando mi auto, esto porque el estacionamiento no da abasto. Realmente quedé muy decepcionado de esta estadía, definitivamente no volvería nunca más. Lejos unas de las peores experiencias que he tenido con hoteles, más aún tomando en cuenta que el valor no era de lo más económico, $85.000 Pesos chilenos aproximadamente.

Localização e atendimento excelentes. Funcionários educados e atenciosos. Café da manhã: fraco, repetitivo e regrado. Durante as 8 diárias tinha apenas pao com queijo e presunto ou ovo mexido, fruta e suco (somente nas 2 primeiras diárias), copo de iogurte de no máximo 100ml (sempre o mesmo sabor); um míni bule de leite para 2 pessoas. Instalações e mibiliarios: carentes, urgentemente de reforma, principalmente camas e banheiros. Colchões e móveis.velhos necessutando de troca; banheiro antigo com cortina fina que molha o mesmo todo.

Quarto aconchegante, cama boa, armário e móveis atenderam a necessidade. Única crítica seria o ventilador que estava capenga, mas funcionando. Quarto não tem ar-condicionado. Banheiro muito bom, com destaque especial para o chuveiro que é excelente, daqueles bem grandes. O quarto foi arrumado todos os dias, as toalhas são trocadas apenas se vc deixá-las no chão. Wi-fi pega muito bem no quarto e a velocidade é muito boa, não tive problemas de acesso. O café da manhã é simples, porém gostoso e o suficiente para iniciar o dia. O grande destaque vai para o atendimento, os funcionários são bastante simpáticos e estão sempre dispostos a ajudar com dúvidas sobre a cidade e demais necessidades, inclusive em um dos dias que precisei sair mais cedo do hotel por causa de um passeio, o funcionário me permitiu fazer um café da manhã antes do horário para não ficar sem o mesmo.

O hotel fica próximo ao Parque Bustamante (600 metros) e há uma estação de metrô neste parque. O atendimento foi excelente, chegamos perto da meia noite, pois nosso voo chegou mais tarde do que o previsto e a atendente nos atendeu super bem. Perguntamos onde poderíamos comer àquela hora nas proximidades e ela prontamente nos mostrou opções, inclusive ofereceu para pedir pizza e comer no hotel. Optamos em comer no hotel e ela mesma fez o pedido na pizzaria, nos chamou quando a pizza chegou e nos levou até a cozinha para comermos tranquilamente. Atendimento nota 10! Os quartos são amplos, não havia ar condicionado somente ventilador, mas foi o suficiente. O banheiro é pequeno mas atendeu nossas necessidades. Tudo muito limpo. O café da manhã é simples mas bem servido. Wifi grátis.

Hotel simples, café da manhã razoavelmente suficiente, ótimo atendimento das funcionárias, muito simpáticas e prestativas. Wifi boa. Fica um pouco distante do metro Baquedano (uns 20 minutos a pé). Os quartos do piso superior fazem barulho ao andar pelo corredor devido ao piso de madeira. Melhor usar os quartos de baixo. Os quartos e o banheiro são pequenos mas a cama é confortável.

Hotel pequeño y cerca de todo

Elegimos este hotel porque estaba estratégicamente ubicado en medio de todas las zonas que queríamos visitar y fue un acierto. Buenos accesos a Lastarria, Providencia y Bellavista y muy cerca de una estación de metro. La habitación que me dieron fue mejor que la contratada, pero mi amiga se quedó en la más pequeña y estaba muy bien también. El personal muy amable y recepción las 24hs. El desayuno es, tal vez, lo más flojo pero funciona. Volvería.
