Mal , llegue y no me dieron el acceso a la propiedad antes, tuve a esperar en la Puerta a que me lo manden . Nos cortaron la Internet por 2 días , por falta de pago. Solicitaba la solución y no gestionaban. Luego enchufamos una tostadora y se apago todo el departamento nos quedamos sin luz , escribí y nunca me contestaron , gracias a dios el portero del edificio nos ayudó. Éramos 5 en la propiedad y dejaron 2 toallas, solicité más toallas y nos dijeron que nos iban a mandar más y nunca mandaron Luego se dejó de funcionar la luz en el baño, la therma no había agua caliente y a si puedo seguir Escribí el reclamo y me dijeron q me iban a reembolsar lo de los servicios y las toallas que tuve que comprar y todo quedo en palabras. Las cosas pueden suceder pero el manejo con el huésped terrible
