Cala Santanyi:family-friendly holiday home near the beach in very quiet location

The vacation home with approx. 320 qm of land is surrounded by a beautiful small palm garden with blooming bougainvillea and has several terraces to make yourself comfortable at home, barbecue or enjoy the peace and quiet. The large roof terrace offers many possibilities, from yoga in the morning to socializing in the evening. There is always a shady spot, even in summer.

The interior rooms are all on one level and are lovingly furnished so that vacation guests, both young and old, quickly feel at home. You will find all the necessary comfort for up to 4 people, as well as free WiFi. The large, bright living/dining room is equipped with a satellite TV and offers cozy warmth even in the cooler seasons with a fireplace and underfloor heating. From there you can directly access the fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning (hot/cold), underfloor heating and mosquito screens. The Mallorcan-style bathroom has a barrier-free shower, hairdryer and towel heating. Directly attached to the house is a utility room with washing machine, dryer and an additional shower.

You can park your car either in the quiet side street directly in front of/next to the house, or in front of the garage.

The vacation home "La Choza" is located in a very quiet residential area on a hill.The beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach is approx. 700 meters away, via a winding road with little traffic, and can be easily reached on foot or by car. Here you can enjoy the sun, beach and sea to the full, take advantage of the diving school and boat rental services, or simply relax and indulge in local and international cuisine in one of the excellent restaurants.

There are other beautiful bays and excursion destinations in the surrounding area.

The town of Santanyí, where you will find various supermarkets as well as a large selection of restaurants and bars, offers something for every taste.Whether you love art or are looking for vacation gifts, you will find what you are looking for in the beautiful little stores or at the market.

A lovely and peaceful Villa

We had a great stay. The villa felt so homely and relaxing. We had everything that we needed there for a comfortable holiday with our two young boys. The host was so helpful and thoughtful with excellent communication throughout. We will come back!

Amazing location!

Excellent location next to one of the best beaches in Mallorca. The house is perfect for a small family and is very comfortable. The rooftop patio and lovely yard were very enjoyable. Melanie, the property manager, was very kind and responsive. Ingo, the owner, was also super responsive and great to deal with. The only thing we wish we knew in advance was that you cannot drink or cook with the tap water, but it wasn’t a huge issue to purchase water to use. Would definitely recommend and we hope to come back!

Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit zahlreichen Sitzgelegenheiten, so dass man immer zwischen Sonne uns Schatten wählen kann. Der Weg zum Strand ist zwar zu Fuß nicht so weit , da es aber einen Großteil der Strecke keinen Bürgersteig gibt nicht brsonders angenehm zu laufen. Insbesondere nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit, da es auch keine Straßenlaternen gibt. Eine Taschenlampe ist daher dringend erforderlich.

Erholung garantiert!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Susi und Ingo war freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Viertel, ohne abgeschieden zu sein, und bietet auf verschiedenen Ebenen Möglichkeiten, sich in der Sonne oder im Schatten zu entspannen. Alles bestens!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Cala Santanyi

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Insgesamt hat das Anwesen sehr viel Charme, es blüht überall! Die Lage in der kleine Wohnstraße ist sehr ruhig, man hört fast immer nur die Vögel, und in der Ferne die Glocken der Schafe. Runter zum Strand braucht man nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, aber es sind auch jede Menge Parklätze dort vorhanden.Rund um das Haus gibt es schattige und sonnige Plätze, die Dachterrasse ist grandios und mit allem ausgestattet (Liegen, Liegestühle, Schirm). Der Gasgrill funktioniert wunderbar! Im Haus findet man ein schönes Ambiente vor, man hat alles, was das Herz begeht, es fehlt einem an nichts. Der Kamin funktioniert hervorragend. Der Backofen auch. Die Gastgeberin ist super nett und war immer erreichbar. Sie hat uns sogar mit wertvollen Tipps bezüglich Kaminholz unterstützt. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen und haben beschlossen, wiederzukommen!

Ein Haus mit vielen schönen Plätzen

Ein wunderschönes gemütliches Haus, draußen gibt es viele Sitzgruppen für Sonnen- und Schattenzeiten, eine Dachterrasse mit Liegen, Tisch und Sonnenschirm.Im Haus ist alles perfekt. Mir hat der große Holztisch besonders gut gefallen, auch hier wieder viel Platz.Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, die Bucht ist nah.Ich empfehle das Haus gern weiter.

Alles perfekt!

Wir können uns den bisherigen positiven Bewertungen im vollen Umfang anschließen. Wir haben über Weihnachten und Jahreswechsel 2 Wochen im La Choza verbracht, und für einen Aufenthalt im Winter ist das Haus mit Fußbodenheizung, Klimaanlage ( warm einstellbar ) und Kamin sehr gut ausgestattet. Ruhige Lage, wunderschöne Buchten in unmittelbarer Nähe, viele Wege am Meer zum spazieren gehen/wandern, und das gerade mal 2km entfernte Santanyi bietet viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Susanne und Ingo sind perfekte, symphatische Gastgeber, Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthalts lief bestens. Wir kommen wieder!

Perfekter Urlaub!

Wir haben uns in dem entzückenden Ferienhäuschen, welches in einer kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung liegt, rundum wohl gefühlt. Trotz verspätetem Ankommen wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und noch ganz entspannt in alle Gegebenheiten des Hauses eingewiesen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünschen kann und mit vielem darüber hinaus. Die meiste Zeit haben wir dort auf der überdachten Veranda zum Vorgarten, eingerahmt von Palmen und Bougainvillea-Ranken, verbracht, ob beim gemütlichen Frühstück, Kaffee oder Abendessen mit einem Gläschen Wein. Wer das Sonnenbaden liebt, hat hierfür eine wunderbare große Dachterrasse zur Verfügung. Die Badebucht erreicht man gemütlich in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Außerdem kann man herrliche Spaziergänge durch die Natur vom Haus aus unternehmen, oder wer Lust hat, kann auch die vorhandenen Fahrräder hierfür nutzen. Es ist auch ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um in kurzer Zeit in viele nahe gelegene entzückende Orte oder andere Badebuchten zu kommen. Direkt an der Badebucht und oberhalb gibt es einige Restaurants und einen kleinen, aber gut ausgestatteten Einkaufsmarkt, ansonsten bietet sich hierfür aber auch der nahe gelegene Ort Santanyi an, wo es übrigens zweimal die Woche einen der schönsten Wochenmärkte gibt. Ein ganz lieber Dank geht an Susi, die uns nicht nur herzlich empfangen hat, sondern uns sowohl bei der Übergabe als auch zwischendurch mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps versorgt hat. Für uns war es der perfekte Urlaub !

Highly Recommended

Even before we arrived, the communication with our host was very pleasent. The house itself is very nicely located in a small area of Santanyi close to the ocean. It is quiet but not too remote, you an read supermarkets, cafés and resteraunts within minutes. Same goes for the beach. Everything was 100% clean, there is a big TV in the living room and a nice BBQ in the garden. The kitchen is VERY well equipped, so if you like to go the market and cook for yourself you will be quite satisfied. I can't stress enough how supportive Susanne was during our stay. All in all, if you want a beautiful, clean and client place for your holiday you can't go wrong here.

Cal Santanyi house

Very nice house, close to the beach. Ideal for teenagers. Air conditioning in the bedrooms is a must.. All amenities on site.. Only (small) regret: there is no proper freezer in the house so no ice cream!

Super Unterkunft

Wir waren Mitte Mai in dem Haus LaChoza. Es war wunderschön. Super sauber, tolle Ausstattung mit allem was man braucht. Die Fotos zeigen wie es wirklich ist. Wir waren mit einem Kleinkind und einem 4 Jährigen unterwegs. Und war es sehr wichtig das es keinen Pool gab. Das hat alles sehr gut gepasst. Die Kommunikation war Top, es gab immer einen Ansprechpartner. Die Entfernung zum Meer ist nicht weit. Es ist zu Fuß machbar, aber mit Kindern war es uns zu gefährlich an der Straße zu laufen, deswegen haben wir das Auto für die kurze Strecke benutzt. Fahrzeit 45 sek.! Wir werden gerne wiederkommen wenn es passt. Ganz tolles Haus.
