It’s a basic hotel. The Bad: Housekeeping doesn’t change towels or mop the floors everyday. The AC is definitely not cold enough. The cards to open the doors sometimes work sometimes don’t…Restaurant hours were not informed to us at check in, the first day we stayed without having dinner because the restaurant was closed at 10pm. So be really mindful of this if you don’t want to go to bed on an empty stomach. And the most horrible part the water in the sink is SALTY , so when you brush your teeth you get that salty flavor. The Good: location is good, right next to the Cala. Close to other restaurants , close to supermarket and close to Es Pontas which is a good spot to visit and take pics. Good selection of breakfast for the price . I got a room with ocean view and it was nice to see the sunset . The beach was clear also.

Wonderful location, very helpful staff, thoroughly enjoyed my stay!! Was glad I didn’t go for dinner option as the dining room lovely but nearly all young parents with very small children which was a lot en masse but imagine this a result of kids club facilities.

The resort is beautiful and the apartments well situated. Well suited for families esp under 5s. Our apartment was well equipped and beds very comfy even the sofa bed. We would definately return.

Wir fanden am Ort alles wie im Internet beschrieben vor. Es ist ein schönes, kleines, inhabergeführtes Hotel. Die Entfernung zum Strand beträgt nur wenige Meter und bietet von der Terrasse eine wunderbare Aussicht auf die Bucht. Der Strand ist sehr schön und wurde nach stürmischen Wetter vom Seetang gereinigt, was an anderen Stränden nicht der Fall war. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich, Deutschkenntnisse sind spärlich vorhanden, weiter kommt man nur mit Englisch. Frühstück und Abendessen in Form von Buffet waren immer reichlich, frisch, abwechslungsreich und mit Liebe zubereitet. Und genauso gut hat es uns geschmeckt. Die Zimmer waren groß und es war alles vorhanden, auch die Betten waren zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Reinigung und Handtuchwechsel erfolgten regelmäßig. Vor Ort gab es direkt über der Straße einen Fahrrad- und E-bike-Verleih, der jedoch keine große Auswahl hatte und die Öffnungszeiten etwas variabler gestaltete als angegeben. Wir fanden dann in der nächsten Ortschaft ein schöneres Geschäft. Die Pools waren sauber und das Wasser wurde regelmäßig überprüft. Fitness- und Wellnessangebote waren vorhanden, wurden von uns aber nicht genutzt. Der TV ist zwar internetfähig, konnte sich aber nicht verbinden. W-Lan überall vorhanden, aber nicht übermäßig schnell. Insgesamt haben wir eine schöne Zeit verbracht und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
