Terrible, not advertised right, false pictures on the website, overcharged $21. No breakfast or spa. Even the owner gave a price of $81, not over$101. He was so sorry for what trevelosity did.

This hotel was going through renovations. My room had no tv, fridge, microwave! When the website stated that every room had those amenities! And STILL had to put down a 100 dollar deposit. Then we were evacuated at 3am due to the kinkade fire in northern Sonoma county. Everything about this trip sucked! Will NEVER use travelocity again!

Some of the staff was very nice and others, not very helpful. They moved us to another room at our request and we were very happy with the new room. It's an old hotel oh, but suited our needs. The continental breakfast was marginal but did the trick.

This property is very run down. The door on the clothes cabinet in the room was was falling off. The drapes were not secured properly, and we had to use something to keep them closed. The carpet was so dirty, that if your feet were even a little damp when walking on it they turned black. In the 3-days we were there, we were never able to obtain internet access. The only positive thing I can say is the pool was OPEN, although it needed major repairs, and was refreshing due the heat. Will not be back.

we had booked a handicap room,but when we got there, they said they sold 2 of them and the other wasnt clean. she took us to another room which wasnt handicap. I aidd i m in a wheelchair. she decided to give us the handicap. I could spell the midew when we walk in. there was no blanket and when the housekeeper brought it, with traveloc she didnt even put it on the bed. she just gave it to us. I was also disapolnted with travelocity
