The elevator went down the first day we were there, and my husband, who is a combat veteran with PTSD was caught in the elevator for over an hour. The lights went out as well, which really triggered his PTSD. We were told by the staff when he got out finally that he was lucky because the issue with the elevator was worse than they had anticipated. The staff was wonderful but it was still a very scary situation for him.

Clean room, they let us check in early. Not much to do around town, everything closes late and closes early. Lots of homeless around property in the plaza do not recommend walking around

The staff was great!!! I'm not much of a TV watcher, but love to watch a movie when I travel alone. The TV system was terrible, noisy on-screen sound, odd navigation. Impossible. I couldnt even listen to the music channels. Most of the experience was just wonderful. I recommend updating the TV systems is all.
