Sunset Bungalow on 30A is an amazing 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom coastal cottage with fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico. Featuring an expansive outdoor living space and is just steps from the beach and sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Located in the heart of 30A, Sunset Bungalow on 30A is the perfect location for your next family getaway. This property is pet friendly and we are happy to invite your 4-legged friends to stay (Prior approval and a pet fee will apply).

Upon entering this amazing residence, you will find the open floor plan offers spectacular gulf views. The kitchen is a Chef's dream with top-of-the-line appliances. All equipment and utensils are in place to prepare a family feast after the perfect day at the beach. The dining area features seating for 8. Perfect for family time, the living area features a 65” flat-screen tv, and a queen sofa sleeper – it’s the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun!

The primary suite features a king bed, and a 55” flat-screen television, looks out to the outdoor living space and offers views of the Gulf of Mexico, and has access to the outdoor living space from the sliding door. The en suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and a double vanity sink.

Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 both feature a queen bed and a 40” television. Bedroom 4 is perfect for kids and features a twin bunk bed and 32” flat screen television. All guest bedrooms share the second full bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination.

The outdoor living space is just as fabulous as the interior of Sunset Bungalow on 30A. Enjoy the spectacular beach views, listen to the waves, and relax in one of the lounge chairs or escape to the beach – just steps from the property! The front porch overlooks Allen Lake and is a great location to enjoy your morning coffee. The property features a gas grill to cook up the fresh catch of the day or your favorite steaks. Sunset Bungalow on 30A also features 4 bikes to enjoy the magic of 30A.

Perfect family house

Wedding Week Oasis

Truly amazing location! Had our wedding rehearsal here and accommodated everyone - some of the wedding party stayed at the location for the weekend and it was perfect! It’s close to the beach but it is a short walk to the access points! Tons of spots to eat, short walk to Stinky’s and a short drive to Fat Daddy’s pizza. Unforgettable weekend!
