great location!! quick 5 min walk to the public beach access. A block from multiple restaurants, ice cream and bakery. The house is very spacious.

Pet friendly is always a must for us. Our pets enjoyed the porch and we kind of enjoyed the pool when it was clean. The host answered our questions in good time. And the bicycles provided was a plus. The biggest take away, our short walk to the beach! Our family loves the 30A. We will be back!

Loved our time for Fall Break—three families shared the house (three couples, four kids). Plenty of space! And great location, would definitely come back!

Great place, great time! Wonderful house, well equipped for our group. We had 8 adults and three young children and had plenty of room. An EASY walk to Blue Mountain Beach, with a bonus ice cream stop!!

Great home by the beach

Clean, well appointed and in a quiet neighborhood a few blocks from the beach. We highly recommend this property. Also, RealJoy, the property manager, was very responsive and very helpful.

Great location, within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The salt water pool was nice and shaded. The house is older. The house was not cleaned well as the floors were sticky in many areas.

Perfect beach home!

We sincerely enjoyed our stay at Blue Mountain Breeze. Ray, the homeowner was fantastic to work with and the home provided everything we needed for a great beach vacation. Stand out features: - spaciousness of all rooms - great location: easy walk to beach and action, but also a quiet cul-de-sac south of 30-a.

Perfect for Family Vacation

The house was huge, more space than we had imagined from the pictures. The master is amazing and we loved being able to take a dip in our own private pool. Everything was clean and tidy, and Ray was always available when needed. We had a great time and will definitely stay again when we visit the area.

Great location and space

Our stay at Blue Mountain was great. Any bumps we had in the road at check in were addressed immediately. It’s a great space for families. The heated pool was nice since we were there during a cold snap. Very close to restaurants and shops. Ray was helpful and friendly, and one of the nicest VRBO owners I have worked with.

Great vacation rental, close to everything

Overall we had a short but great stay. The location is close to everything (including the beach). The property is a good size for 2 families. The bunk bed in the upstairs hallway was very convenient. The property manager Parker was very helpful and informative when we arrived. The kitchen is very well equipped - we were even able to bake a cake!

Amazing house

We had such a great time on your vacation. The house was perfect, with a lot of space and a fantastic kitchen. The neighborhood was excellent, with a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay in the breeze again. The communication with Ray was great.

Great Location!

We had 2 families staying at Blue Mountain Breeze. We swam in the private pool everyday. It was a very short walk to the beach. The area was clean and safe. Ray was very accommodating with anything we needed. The house is beautiful and very economical for the area. We really enjoyed our stay.

Blue Mountain Beach House

This Blue Mountain Beach House was very nice. It is conveniently located to the beach, shopping, restaurants, cycling, walking/running. Lot's of fun at the private pool! The house is spacious, well laid out, and appointed. All that said, my best recommendation is: I will be back!

Awesome on porch if rope light works!!the breaker needs attention!!other than that everything was awesome!!the beach is like a 5 minute walk and Blue Mabel restraunt walking distance from The Breeze some very good food and the creamery just around the corner with some good ice cream!!also the owner is really helpful if you need or have any questions about the property!!

Well maintained home, large but cozy with just the right touches to make you feel relaxed.

The house had a classic old south charm but with all the modern conveniences and lots of tvs. The splash pool added extra fun and the beach was right down the street. The location was perfect, convenient to lots of good restaurants,Seaside and the best ice cream ever at the Creamery a block away. We had a great time and Ray could not have been a better host. We will come back.

Great Place to Stay!

Blue Mountain Breeze was a wonderful place to stay. The house is clean and spacious with lots of nice features: comfy beds, large showers, open floor plan, private pool, and a deck off the master bedroom. It's in a great location--just a short walk to a gorgeous beach. You are also close to Seaside--a cute town with nice restaurants and shops. We preferred this area over Miramar Beach. The owner is great to work with and is very accommodating. We received a welcome bucket with a bottle of wine and treats for our dogs. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again soon!
