Ethridge House by Oversee 30A | Perfect in Walton County Awards – Three-Time Diamond Winner – Best Rental Mgmt. 2026, 2025, 2024

Have a big family? Book “Family Ties” just down the block at 76 Montgomery Street. Booking both houses ensures you’ll have exclusive access to the private beach: Just thirty steps from the water!

Sugar-white sand: just 300 feet away. Your own heated pool: out back, waiting. Ethridge House brings the good stuff without making a big fuss about it.

Highlights:
📍 Seagrove
🏖️ Gulf views!
👣 100 steps to Greenwood Public Beach Access
👙 Private heated pool, large deck, grill
🚲 4 bikes!
🦞 4-star restaurants
🛍️ Shops

Set in laid-back Seagrove Beach, this two-story hideaway makes a solid case for doing less (but enjoying more). The first floor has three comfy bedrooms, a second living area with a wet bar (midnight snacks encouraged), and a laundry room that’s actually big enough to be useful.

Step outside to the private pool and patio, ideal for cannonballs, cocktails, or both. Very nice.

Upstairs, the kitchen is open, airy, and fully prepped for everything from pancake stacks to fresh-caught dinners. The main living and dining areas are right there, along with a balcony that practically insists on evening drinks.

Four bikes are ready to roll, and 30A is your playground. Ride the Timpoochee Trail, stop for tacos, browse a boutique, wander into Seaside or Rosemary without a plan. It’s all within reach… and better by bike!

At Oversee 30A, we’re your behind-the-scenes crew. Questions, tips, little hiccups? We’re here, day or night, to make sure your vacation feels like a vacation.

The cookware needs to be updated. The BBQ grill is not well maintained and needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced. Overall its a great place to stay due to proximity to the beach but some updating of basic items are in order. This is our 5th time staying at this house and we plan to return.
