Newly renovated throughout, it features an outdoor fire pit and grill inside a huge, fully fenced back yard. Several deeded beach accesses & the charming, idyllic beach town of Seaside are just a short walk from your home. The crystal clear aqua blue waters of 30A are calling, and here's the answer.

Features:
-Deeded neighborhood beach access: This means you have the right to use one of several 'Old Seagrove Neighborhood' beach accesses. Details on where each is located will be provided with the check-in instructions. These are also accessible to the public, and provide access to the entire beach (from the water to the dune/bluff).

-8 minute walk to closest beach access (near Dogwood St)
-9 minute walk to Seaside
-12 minute walk to Seaside town center/shops/dining/cafes.
