The amenities in this condo and the complex itself are poorly maintained - the dishwasher was broken for more than half of our month long stay - which should have been plenty of time to fix or replace it. The oven also went out for a day. The pool heater worked only sporadically and was completely out for over a week at one point leaving my kids extremely disappointed. Our neighbors who visit annually said this is a problem every year, so for anyone valuing a heated pool, this location is not for you. Or anyone who requires a full kitchen and cooks regularly. Communication was also lacking- minimal updates regarding maintenance and paper plates provided only after I complained that it had been a week of handwashing for a family. Not what I had in mind! However, the beach is beautiful. The distance however is misrepresented, the 100 steps must be from the edge of the complex and going to the beach access they say you are not allowed to use. The access for this complex to the beach is a 10 min walk at least. Important to know for those with mobility limits as you wouldn't be able to drive to it either, there is no parking at the access point. Another issue was communication from the complex about maintenance happening, we had workers coming onto our patio literally drilling holes in our patio and moving our stuff around with no notice. Overall it wasn't the experience we expected and wouldn't stay again.
