This spacious retreat accommodates up to 10 guests, with direct beach access just a minute's walk from Kellogg Bayside Park, where you'll find a kayak launching ramp conveniently located right next door. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this home offers ample space for your group. The first floor boasts a comfortable living area with large couches, a fireplace, and stunning water views. Step onto the spacious deck for outdoor dining and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and a convenient island. The master bedroom on the first floor offers a king bed, balcony with beach chairs, and a luxurious full bathroom. Upstairs, the second bedroom features two queen beds and a balcony, while the third bedroom offers a bunk bed and twin beds, both with balconies overlooking the water. Additional amenities include a carport, propane BBQ grill, washer/dryer, and a lot more. With its impeccable amenities and prime location, this home promises an unforgettable coastal getaway.

For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

We loved that the dock was lit up at night so we could see the fish in the water. Dock of the Bay was so clean and comfortable and close to the beach and restaurants. It was a perfect stay for our families and we can’t wait to go back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a great time staying at Dock of the Bay in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. The home is eclectically decorated and very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The pictures do not do it justice. Each bedroom had its own full bath which was ideal for our grown children and their spouses. The location on the Choctawhatchee Bay was ideal and close to shopping and the beach. We would definitely stay here again!
