Great and Easy Breezy condo

Everything about our stay was easy, The condo was perfect for our young family of four. The location was perfect and convenient. We were able to walk the whole time. Just like the pictures

This was a great rental. It looks just like the pictures. Perfect for a family of four. Location is a quick walk to the private beach. The public beach next door was much more crowded. The rental was clean and well stocked. Drinking coffee on the balcony and watching the waves was awesome. Also you are walking distance to some good choices for food. The night we were there they had live music in the lawn behind the condo building. The kids made friends and threw the football while we enjoyed the music. Quick tip: if you like to sleep in total darkness you should bring a sleep mask as there is some light that comes into the master from the hallway. Also really proactive communication from the owners.

Wonderful family vacation

The location of this condo is fabulous! The view is more beautiful in person. The beach access was so convient, we enjoyed the pool on our way back from the beach to the condo. It was all just what we needed. We will definitely be returning!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Top Shelf! The accommodations were great- very clean and the updated condo was very nice. The location is perfect with close beach access, plus the other amenities and proximity to restaurants at Gulf Place. Kelli was super responsive to any questions we had! Wonderful unit. Several small touches that made this rental feel upscale. The view was great. The area had cute shops and food but somehow also seemed private. We didn’t go to the pool but the entire building seemed clean and well taken care of. Loved our time at Top Shelf.

Excellent place to stay!

We absolutely loved how new and renovated everything felt! Such a beautiful unit. The view was awesome and was just as pretty as pictured. The walk to the beach was oh so short and I think that’s a huge plus! Just right across the road and the gated access made it feel super secluded! This is perfect for a family or even just 2 people. The accommodations are great and the location of this unit is perfect. Within walking distance from 3+ restaurants and tons of shopping. 100% recommend this place!

This place exceeded my expectation, and the view of the beach and ocean was amazing. The owner is responsive and was able to answer my questions/concerns in under an hour. The unit sits right at the top floor of the corner, and we did not have any issues with noise and was quite during the night. The only issue which has nothing to do with the actual unit is that the beach is not accessible by stroller so it would be good to also pack a carrier if bringing a baby. The beach is also only 5 minutes away and is walking distance to many of the resteraunts.

Great property and well maintained!

My wife and I stayed here with our 14 year old daughter. The property is in a great location and 2 minutes from the beach. The view of the ocean is seen perfectly from the balcony and makes for a perfect early morning coffee. Bike rentals is in the same parking lot, easy and simple. The property owners where sending updates all during our trip and actually cared about our stay. Without a doubt we will be back!

Turtle Time Get-a-way!

Loved this property. Location was perfect, biking distance to nearby towns, state parks, ice cream! Location was quiet not a lot of traffic, foot or cars, if you like the hustle and bustle you’re only a short bike ride away! Riding trails everywhere, we never had to be on the road. We were Right across the road to the endless white sand beach which is clean and prestine! 4th floor….sunsets others only wished they had. It is an end unit so you can see as far as the eye can see! Apartment was furnished beautifully with pot, pans, dishes, silverware all high end quality! We needed nothing. Note if you stay here don’t put those beautiful pans in the dishwasher! Bed was comfortable as well. Any time we needed Kelli she was always there. Laundry, no problem it’s just down the walkway, I was the only one washing and there was no charge and it was very clean. The weather was not as warm as we would have liked it but we knew it would be cool. Wish they had pickle ball courts. Kelli we will be back! Thank you for sharing your property with us!

My favorite was sitting on the balcony and seeing the ocean

Great condo! One of the cleanest and most well-appointed places we've stayed in. I really loved sitting on the balcony and seeing the ocean from the corner unit. We enjoy staying in the area to have proximity to restaurants and shops. I really appreciated the heated pool and hot tub. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and eat together. The bed is really comfortable. Shower is nice and water gets hot quickly. Communication with the owners was great. They provide all the details you need for entry, staying, and checking out. There are plenty of towels and house products to use - garbage bags, dishwasher pods, paper towels. Ample parking. This owners clearly have thought of how to maximize the space available. The extra is in the nice finishes and additions.
