This convenient 1st floor unit is located at the front of the complex, so even closer to the beach access! Take advantage of the open floor plan to dine, entertain and cook all with great sight lines. Beachwood Villas 4C can sleep 4 comfortably. The bedroom includes a king bed and there are twin-size built-in bunks at the front of the unit.

Charmingly decorated with beautiful tranquil hues you'll feel like you have been welcomed to the beach as soon as you walk in. The kitchen features modern open shelves ensuring everything you need is conveniently within reach. Both living room and bedroom have TVs for all your entertainment needs. Enjoy cable access plus a DVD player with Netflix in the living room.

From the front of the complex you’re just 200 yards to the Beachwood Villas beach access across the street from Tom Thumb (the corner of 30A and Somerset Bridge Rd.). Just a 2-minute walk and you’ll have your toes in the sand.

Come enjoy this family-friendly affordable complex on the north side of 30A ... it's within easy walking distance to our famous emerald waters. The perfect location for a 30A rental. There is no shortage of amenities with 2 pools (1 is heated seasonally; call for dates), shuffleboard, tennis, and community charcoal grills. It was cute and in the perfect location to walk to the beach. Only thing was we wish we had the internet password, it was not written down in the condo anywhere or in the emails.

Overall great stay, we had fun!

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The condo could use some updating, new couch, paint, etc. Wi-Fi was excellent but tvs and remotes could use an upgrade. Loved the location and we had a great time.

The unit was in need of repair and cleaned. The bedding was worn out. The pillows flat. The curtains stained, the couch broken and stained and dried food ( I hope) on the floor.

We loved that this property was so close to the beach. I will say though, that they did not advertise that to the right of the walkway on the beach, it is a private beach. Just walk to the left a little at the end of the walkway and that's the public beach. We rented this condo to be closer to our friends who were staying at a house about a mile away. It suited what we needed for the time but we had to rearrange our sleeping arrangments once we got there because the bunk beds are not full sized. It was me, 3 teenagers and a 9 year old. The 9 year old was the only one short enough for the bunkbed because it is not full sized. Luckily, I had read the reviews beforehand so we had taken an air mattress. So my teenage daughters took the bedroom, the 9 year old slept on one of the bunks, I slept on the couch and my teenage son slept on the air mattress. It worked but slightly cramped for 5 people. We weren't there that much though so it wasn't a big deal. We did like the ability to cook to save a little money and not eat out. We loved that it was a full sized fridge with an ice maker! We also loved that it was a keypad and we didn't have to worry about keeping up with keys.

The unit itself was fine. The bunk beds will only accommodate small children. Parking for the disabled was a big issue. Garrett Realty was difficult to deal with and I will avoid units they manage in the future.

Wonderful condo, cozy and clean. Very close to the beach amd the nearby Seaside town center square. Comvenienf bike rental shop right by it. We loved our stay. We sure will be back again amd recommend it to our friends.
