Beautiful Apartment

Enjoyed the amenities like coffee pot, dishwasher, washing machine and 2 balconies. Beds were comfortable. Very nice stay.

Giulia e la sua famiglia sono gentilissimi, sempre disponibili e veloci nelle risposte. La casa è generalmente in buone condizioni ma forse in alcuni dettagli richiederebbe un update (vedi stato di porte, finestre, zanzariere ed angolo cottura). Il fattore che ha influenzato maggiormente la nostra scelta di questo alloggio è la presenza di una piscina condominiale che confermo fantastica soprattutto per famiglie con bambini (visto che la spiaggia vicino è di sassi). Infine per una maggiore trasparenza, consiglierei di aggiungere o quantomeno menzionare nella descrizione dell' alloggio il costo aggiuntivo della tassa di soggiorno.
