Francesco is an amazing host! He greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the property and gave us an amazing history of the building and the area. The room itself is comfortable and very clean. Great location, right in the heart of the city! Great shops and restaurants all around.

Perfect location for the port. The area is beautiful with lots of special restaurants. SEMPLICE is very close and they serve the best cappuccino EVER!!!

The rooms are sparkling clean. Stefan, the owner, greeted us, he was always very friendly and prompt to respond to our calls and messages. He recommended a very good restaurant around the corner and very kindly arranged for our taxi to the port and even notified us of the arrival of its arrival the following morning. WeI will definitely stay there again

Great location for cruise.

It was odd to go into the building. It looks like a apartment building. There no signage to tell you its on the 2nd floor. Once we meet with the owner it was great. He was really accommodating. We arrived early and he had the room ready. Not very common. Room very clean. A little noisy when people in the reception area. Very quiet part of town.

Excellent location. Close to the train station and the pier. Cafés and restaurants outside the door and around the corner. Bathrooms are large and spotless. Nice variety of breakfast snacks, coffee and teas along with a mini fridge with various complementary beverages. Thank you Francesco.

Pre-cruise stopover. Enjoyed the city and convenience of being at the port. Very walkable. On the beach. The hotel was very old which made it a nice change for us.

We ended up running late because Air France had lost our luggage. It showed up a few flights later which would’ve had us checking in past the cutoff time but Francesco was kind enough to help out our situation and allow us to check in late. Once we arrived the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Very spartan decor and quite small. Lots of street noise, but clean with a decent bathroom. No staff on site. The owner and cleaning staff were there mid morning for about 2 hours. There is only 4 rooms that make up the rentals the rest are all permanent rentals. Very tiny old elevator.👎

Great except for rocky start

Beautiful place. Francisco was very nice and helpful. Everything is walking distance. There was confusion finding the place. Once we found it there were no signs as to where to go and we had to contact Francisco via the app. I had an eSIM.
