Amazing stay!

Property is amazing - lovely space for our 9 family members - walking distance to a local grocery store, restaurants and one of the local beaches. We greatly appreciated the on-site property host Jesus who was incredibly responsive and helpful during our stay. Highly recommended!!!

Amazing House Great location

Our stay has been fantastic. Not far from the grocery store. Not a far walk from the ocean. There were 11 of us that stayed here and we all had such an amazing time. Pepe the care taker is wonderful and extremely helpful. We cannot wait to return!!!

Fantastic!

Everything was smooth sailing. Great location, easy to get everywhere! Walking distance to the chedraui grocery store. Perfect place for a group with great gathering places and space to be alone and chill when desired. Will definitely book again. Worth every penny.

Stayed there as three families (kids in two bedrooms) and then each set of parents had their own bedroom and bathroom. Each bedroom was equally fantastic. Kitchen had every appliance or whatever you need. When ‘looking’ for something wrong, water pressure could be better but definitely not a reason we wouldn’t book again - in a heartbeat.

We were instantly in awe of the space, the thematic rooms and thoughtful artwork and furniture. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking needs, plates, etc. The pool was the highlight with how deep it was but also allowed some space to relax in the shallow steps. We also loved the property managers who were so kind and attentive to our needs. This has been the best whole home rental we've ever experienced.

My family and I were so happy to spend a long weekend at the Artist's Paradice Residence in Huatulco. Jesus was so welcoming, he made us all feel welcoming during all our stays. He answered all the questions, property features and especially the kitchen, it was well equipped. Jesus is very friendly and helpful...at all the times. This is a "state of the art" home that make feel like at home. All spaces represent the Mexican Culture in a stylish way. Very convenient location allowing easy access to supermarkets, stores, and crafts within walkable distance. The lounge area outside near the pool was also very cool, our family used the space for breakfast, playing games and listen to music while others were resting or watching tv. Highly recommend for large families with different hobbies! We would love to come back in the future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Marcel & I had the most amazing stay this past January/February in this incredible villa in Huatulco, Mexico. We had many family members & friends visit us throughout the month. Each group that joined us were astounded at the beauty and size of this villa. It’s like your own mini resort! The five spacious bedrooms accommodated us well; each room had air conditioning, its own private bathroom and decorated with beautifully created artwork.The main house had a well-equipped kitchen, spacious dining room and large living room. The outside space is the showstopper!! The pool is large and very refreshing; a great relief from the beautiful, hot sun!! There is plenty of room to hang out either by the pool, or at the tables, playing games and visiting. The outside BBQ came in handy as well. We cooked up the fish that we caught! And all of this is surrounded by luscious, beautiful landscaping. The location of this villa was great. It’s a short walk to one of the main grocery stores for supplies as well as many restaurants in the area. Taxis are plentiful for exploring the Huatulco area. Be sure to venture out; so much to see & do!!Shoutout to the house managers, Noe & Ana! The most amazing, friendly & attentive staff you could ever wish for! They kept the grounds so clean and if we needed anything they were there to help. Noe is also an incredible tour guide; be sure to book the falls tour and take a trip out to San Augustin; you won’t regret it!!If ever we are a large group again, we will definitely book this villa through My Huatulco Vacations. They provide great service with excellent communication. Adios for now!! We will be dreaming of our next visit to beautiful, friendly, authentic Huatulco!!

Reviewer Comments: Jesus was amazing always helpful and kind- I also have a rental so my decision to express the need for it to be cleaned comes fromThe heart, the kitchen cupboards, columns etc have not been done in a long time, cockroaches in the bedrooms and kitchen were not fun, Jesus was quick to clean the drawers etc. we took extra measures vinegar and bug spray. We killed many over our stay. Perhaps covers for the drains in the shower would help. Our stay was Ana big I. This luxury home we are grateful for our time and would recommend to our family and friends.

It is located near the beach, restaurants, stores, and near the Zocalo La Crucecita. The rental office and the onsite administrator make everything easier. The only reason this is not a 5-star is due to the lack of water pressure for the upstairs bedrooms. This place excessively depends on the city's water pressure, it does not have an On-Demand water pressure pump. We also experienced issues the first days accessing the garage since there were cars parked in front of it. Other than that this is a nice place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My group of 10 stayed at Dos Armadillos. I've been to Mexico at least 10 times and this ranks as the best place I've stayed at in Mexico. Definitely a top 3 in all the places I've gone for vacation. The property goes above and beyond as far as description, cleanliness, and overall value. The property manager Jesus and his team checked in on us daily and made sure everything was up to our satisfaction. The Villa is beautiful and is loaded with some really tasteful artwork that reflects the locale. Pretty much anything you need is within this Villa. It's a short walk 5min walk to the supermarket and next door is a cafe that's open daily. Beaches and points of interest are no more than a 15 minute drive. There's several restaurants within walking distance as well. Really amazing place to unwind and relax.

Having arrived from a long flight the greeting was excellent and the welcome drinks extremely refreshing. Jesus’ disposition to answer all our questions made our trip unforgettable. The level of service is exceptional, the house is sleek and modern - the bathroom-showers really topping it off. Every bedroom is decorated with an attractive and unique art representing the Mexican Culture. This was a big factor in our staying there, having amazing dinners while listening to music was stunning. Jesus was very attentive and consistently responded immediately to all our needs.The pool was good especially for our younger family members. They truly enjoyed it. Would highly recommend for your stay at the Artist’s Paradise Home for a large family.
