Beautiful privately furnished holiday flat in a very quiet location with modern kitchen, large outdoor terrace, large garden area and green surroundings. The flat is 65m² with 25m² covered terrace. Maximum use for 5 persons. 2 bedrooms, a large living room with sofa bed. Well maintained property in a communal complex. With washing machine, well equipped kitchen. Good excursions to Castanigccia for hiking and cycling. 40 km south of Bastia, 25 km to Bastia airport. 900 metres from the sea, sandy beach with restaurant. White water rafting Canyon'Isula Canyonning at Moriani Plage. Mountain bikes at Corse Location Scooter CLS just before Moriani Plage on the national road T 10. The flat is generally only rented from Saturday to Saturday. However, exceptions can be requested. The host speaks German, French and English. The flat is barrier-free.
We have antiques in the flat and also occupy the flat ourselves out of season. Therefore we ask for a deposit of 400,00 € which will be given to Ivanna, who takes care of the renting, at the beginning of the trip and which will be refunded right away at the departure if everything was OK.

EG- Wohnung mit Terrasse und Garten, in 6-Parteien-Haus, war super ausgestattet, schöner Gemeinschaftspool, sehr ruhig und weniger als ein km zum Strand, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurant.

Schöne Wohnung, ruhig in Laufnähe zum Strand
Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in der Wohnung verbracht. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut geklappt, Check-in und Check-out waren ebenfalls unproblematisch. Da die Wohnung auch von den Vermietern genutzt wird, sind viele private Gegenstände vorhanden, was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat. Die Wohnung ist in Laufnähe zum Strand, zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Great apartment.
Well-equipped, quiet apartment on the ground floor with a large terrace and lawn. From the terrace there is a view of a naturally overgrown area. The apartment is equipped with the necessary equipment. Due to the functional shutters and the shaded terrace as well as the proximity of the trees, we did not feel the lack of air conditioning despite the high temperatures in July.
We spent really wonderful family moments in Corsica in the apartment of Christine and Stephan, with whom we had a very good contact.

August 2022. Nette Vermieter, nette Nachbarn, nette Anlage. Stephan und Christine waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig. Man sieht, dass die Wohnung neulich renoviert wurde. Sie ist praktisch und wohnlich eingerichtet. Das Meer und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ein sehr schönes, selbst gestaltetes Handout über die Umgebung hat uns dabei unterstützt. Wir können uns vorstellen, nochmals dort hinzugehen.
