Furniture worn. Second floor room with no elevator. No staff to help with bags. In room phone not working. Pillows worn and needing replacement. Room was ready but we couldn't access until 3 PM, even though we were there at 2:53.....made us wait anyway. Positive: Maintenance staff came promptly to fix a bathroom issue.

Maybe 2-3 stars. The property has so much potential but it’s a tourist attraction. There is no private area for guests. They allow a ridiculous amount of people in daily and the pools are overcrowded. The only guest only area was a puppy patch that was closed both evenings of our stay. Theme is tranquillo but there was a chainsaw all day. We had to get up and go to the pool at 730 am before day guests arrived and there were already loud leaf blowers. The grounds are nice but at the cost of not being relaxing at all. Entire place is dated. Only one restaurant that was also promising with fresh ingredients but inedible from so much salt. Definitely not as advertised.

Would definitely return!

Such a little piece of heaven! We were greeted by Santiago who was very helpful at check in. The rooms were cozy and clean with a lovely view of property. Staying at Ojo was pure relaxation. I took advantage and appreciated all amenities from the gym to a wonderful yoga class, hiking trails and puppies! Definitely must experience the spa. Billy Jo did a fantastic job!

First time at ojo Santa Fe, much quieter and less crowded than ojo caliente. The water at caliente has higher mineral content and greater degrees of temperature than Santa Fe but the relative quiet nature of guests supersedes water temp / minerals. The staff was very pleasant in person and very accommodating but don’t bother trying to call, no one will pick up and or return your call. We loved the casita and dinner choices were exceptional. Expedia reservation system is less than optimum when trying to amend dates of accommodations.

Everything was great. The property is dreamy, the restaurant Blue Heron is great and the service was amazing. It's a shame that they charge extra for the infrared sauna when you are paying almost $400 for a room. Other than that, it was a great trip.

The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed soaking as well as the restaurant and spa. Staff was friendly and room was comfortable. We expected the quiet and tranquillity to be better. Staff should be available to enforce if it’s posted everywhere and kind of the whole point of the place is relaxation. Very loud people at the soaking pools and in the rooms made our stay less than ideal. People above us stomped on the floor until after midnight. Probably won’t return for that reason. If you go, pay the extra for a casita and not a garden room. Spa staff was outstanding and massage was great. Could have been a perfect visit if not for loud guests.
