The pictures truly don't do this property justice! This little piece of heaven is so comfortable, cozy, and peaceful. My friend and I really enjoyed each having our own bed and bathroom for privacy at the end of the day. It's close enough to everything to not be a pain to get to places but also far enough out to be so quiet and tranquil. One morning, we were greeted by the horses--what a special treat! We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!

This is our 2nd time staying at this amazing property. We spent our anniversary here this time and were greeted with flowers and sparkling wine at check-in. April was very communicative and gave some good restaurant recommendations. The house is so comfortable and beautiful, it is a pleasure to just spend time in. We will be back!

This was our second visit and it did not disappoint. Very clean, convenient to all activities, and quiet (except for the coyotes!). Welcoming hosts, hiking right out the back door, and a lovely front porch for morning coffee and evening sunsets make this an ideal spot.

This was the perfect place for us, two couples who are old friends meeting from different parts of the country. Very accessible to downtown Santa Fe, but so rural and quiet. The house itself was incredibly tasteful, clean, and well laid out. All the amenities we needed. And the sunset view was incredible.

This little house was perfect for our stay. Out of the way and quiet, yet accessible to just about anything one could want. Super clean with a well equipped kitchen in case you want to stay in and cook instead of going out. Tesuque Market is a deliciously funky market/restaurant a 15 minute walk away and is a must. April and Patrick are very gracious hosts - we will definitely return!

Wonderful getaway location

We enjoyed everything about our stay and hope to return before long. The house was charming, comfortable, very clean, and stocked with everything we needed. I'd looked forward to peace and beautiful views from the patio spaces and was not disappointed! Quiet Seclusion and Convenience

The house has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The location is tranquil and offers great stargazing, yet it is only a few minutes from the conveniences of Santa Fe. Easy access to the highway for day trips to Taos, Abiquiu, and Albuquerque was also nice. April was very helpful and offered excellent information about the area. Make sure you stop by the Honey Salon and Shake Foundation.

Great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Porter Place. I have never stayed in a VRBO house that was as quiet and peaceful as this one. This place is minutes from the Tesuque Village Market and a short drive to the Santa Fe Plaza. It was extremely clean and well-stocked with kitchen appliances and basics. April is a wonderful host and has a great deal of knowledge about Santa Fe. Two thumbs up.

We were in SF for the opera, and the cottage is super convenient to it. Locationally, it's also a breeze to head over the Dale Ball trail system for morning hikes, then drop into town to galleries. The cottage itself is beautifully set up for a couple or two. It's recently built with a great layout and plenty of indoor/outdoor space. The dirt road entrance immediately puts you in the mood for a special experience.

This is a very (very) nice, recently built house. Only positive things to say about the house and patio. Hiking from the backyard (as far as your legs can take you) is superb. This was our favorite morning activity: coffee, hike, and then relax. Drive time to downtime Santa Fe is less than 18 minutes. Great location.

This beautiful home was perfect for our stay in the Santa Fe area. Tesuque Village is lovely and this little house provided the peace and quiet we'd hoped for. The house itself is well appointed, with very comfortable beds and any item you may need for a stay. The host was very responsive and helpful! While there, I was able to enjoy a hike around the property. Beautifully maintained and truly relaxing. Thank you to the Porter Place (April and Pat). We will most definitely be back soon!
