Choice corner courtyard in the best El Corazon de Santa Fe location. Sangre de Cristo mountain view from your large private patio and primary bedroom balcony. PLUS, a short walk one block east and 2 blocks south to Santa Fe's iconic and historic Plaza. You will find the townhouse adorned with original works of art by Bruce Smith, Lisa Linch and Don Quade. Designer pieces by MacKenzie-Childs, luxury linens and sumptuous bedding set the tone for your Santa Fe visit and crosstown strolls to Canyon Road.

THE RESIDENCE - Furnished in an eclectic style, the townhouse boasts earth toned tile floors throughout with Venetian plaster walls in a variety of earth tones further warmed with 2700k LED lighting and in floor hot water radiant heat to keep the chill away in the winter. In the summer you'll have the choice of cooling down from the day's activities in refrigerated air conditioning or simply opening the abundant patio doors and windows to bask the fresh air of cool Santa Fe evenings.

The Ensuites - the 2 upstairs bedrooms, 2 King bedrooms include ensuites.

The Bedrooms -

New in Summer of 2022 we have just converted this residence to a 2 King, 1 Queen combination. All new furniture and king mattress in upstairs guest ensuite with a real Queen pillowtop mattress and accessories in the downstairs. While not ADA equipped it is of note that there are no steps to transition on this level at the entry or inside the residence.

This residence boasts the same floor plan as our other 2 El Corazon de Santa Fe 3BR/3Bath properties. It is configured with our signature ensuite baths in the 2 upstairs bedrooms. The downstairs queen bedroom shares it's full shower bath with the adjoining living space which also contains a queen sleeper sofa.

The King size Primary Bedroom bed is presented with a splendid Sealy Posturpedic mattress configured with a low sleeping surface just over 20" high in a luxurious leather bound bed. Adjoining is your private balcony for two with direct views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains and from which you can enjoy a painted Santa Fe sunrise with your coffee, or on a summer evening hear the sounds of Santa Fe Bandstand playing on the Plaza just blocks away. The bedroom also provides an ensuite bath including double vanity, lighted full width mirror, jetted tub and large glass shower with massaging shower head and bench.

The second bedroom, upstairs, also enjoys an ensuite bath including shower and large vanity with full lighted mirror. Our second bedroom is also equipped with a King size Sealy Posturpedic pillow top mattress. The sleeping surface of this bed is much taller than the primary measuring 30" off the floor.

There are additional sleeping options, particularly if the grandkids are coming in for a few days during your extended Santa Fe stay. For instance, downstairs is a private queen bedroom (see floor plan in photos). The downstairs bath is adjacent to this room (no direct access and also note there is not a closet in the study).

Of additional note for sleeping options. The sofa in the downstairs living area also hides a full size sleeper. We don't recommend these sleeping options for all, but have noted some people, especially kids, can sleep anywhere.

The Patios -

On ground level you will find a pleasantly landscaped street side patio. The residence encompasses the largest landscaped private patio in the El Corazon de Santa Fe complex. With seating for 6 and more there is plenty of room in front of a full size, outdoor, gas log fireplace or around the fire pit to entertain the new friends you've made in Santa Fe. Have them over, you've got the view and the location, right at the corner of Catron and Grant!

The Kitchen -

Equipped with service for 8 (we can accommodate expansion for more prior to your arrival on request). Breakfast area in kitchen seats 4. Stainless steel appliances include full size Jenn Aire refrigerator with in-door water and ice, 6 burner gas range, full size oven, microwave and dishwasher. Small appliances include Cuisinart Coffee Maker, and 4 slice Toaster. Caphalon non-stick cookware is provided in the unlikely event you want to forego the countless culinary adventures Santa Fe has to offer within walking distance of the residence.

The Dining Area -

A tressell table provides seating for 6. Dimmer capable lighting allows you to adjust the ambiance for your in residence meals.
