Welcome to Belle Vue Résidence by Atlantic Holiday, a stylish and comfortable apartment in Porto Novo, Santa Cruz, Madeira Island. With breathtaking ocean views from the balcony, this apartment is an excellent choice for couples, families, or friends looking to enjoy the island. It accommodates up to 4 guests in two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, offering a cozy and restful stay.



The apartment includes one bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates, and everything needed for cooking. In the living area, you’ll find a Smart TV with a box for entertainment, air conditioning, and a washing machine for your convenience. A hairdryer is available, baby cot, and baby chair are also available upon request.



Step out onto the private balcony and take in the stunning sea views, making this space a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring Madeira. The apartment is accessed by stairs, as there is no elevator. A private garage is available for parking. Please note that due to the property’s location, you may occasionally hear airplanes because of its proximity to the airport.



All bed linen and bath towels are provided for your stay. Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed. Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:

We really enjoyed our visit and touring around Madeira Island - the island of many tunnels while driving. We really enjoyed going to Ponta do Sol and the Cabo Girão Skywalk.

Very modern but nevertheless very cozy. Very well equipped, spacious with an overwhelming view from the cliff to the atlantic. The communication was very kind, polite and helpfull. And we got answers asap any time. Strong recommendation on the whole.

Schönes Quartier mit kleinen Abstrichen

Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung, komplett ausgestattet, mit Garagenstellplatz. Die Aussicht ist in einer Richtung Wahnsinn, dreht man den Kopf sieht man einen Industriehafen und die Brücke der Schnellstraße. Das ist nicht schlimm, es sind maximal frisierte Motorräder zu hören. Verschweigen sollte man nicht, die Wohnung befindet sich in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens. Bei uns eine Woche Landeanflug. Es ist zwar nicht Heathrow oder Frankfurt, aber eine Info vorab wäre nicht schlecht. Mietwagen wird benötigt, da in Laufnähe 15 min. Nur ein Restaurant und ein Supermarkt ist.

Magnifique appartement dans un environnement bruyant

Nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de voir que nous étions dans la trajectoire d’atterrissage des avions à basse altitude, de 8h du matin à 23h (parfois minuit). Il y avait aussi en contrebas une usine avec des rotations régulières de camions poids lourds. Sinon, l’appartement est tres spacieux, lumineux et confortable. Les personnes qui gèrent la réservation sont très sympathiques, réactives et disponibles.

Great view, comfortabel apartment

We really enjoyed our stay. The view is great! The host is kind, communicates quickly and is helpful. As Madeira has a well-maintained road network, nothing is far away from Potro Novo.
