Beachfront Top Floor Condo - One Minute Walk to the Beach - Spectacular View!

The unobstructed view of the ocean waves takes your breath away from the moment you walk through the front door. Let’s face it, that’s what you’re here for, so put your bags down, and take it in for a while from the living room or balcony. Keep an eye open for occasional sightings of an otter drifting by, dolphins riding the surf, and perhaps even whales! Enjoy the frequent visits from the sweet hummingbirds that come to drink from our feeders on the balcony. This clean and comfortable condo is located on the third floor, facing West for spectacular sunsets.

You will also enjoy the beautiful furnishings and decor in the interior of the condo during your stay. The master bedroom shares the ocean view, with access to the balcony, and has a California king size bed with a goose down mattress topper and goose down pillows. The second bedroom has two queen size beds with goose down pillows.

Take a short drive to dine out in Aptos, Capitola or Moss Landing, or grill up your own delicacies on the BBQ. Enjoy a cozy evening by the wood burning fireplace, catch your favorite movie on the flat screen T.V. hooked up with cable and/or the Blu Ray DVD player, have some laughs over the plentiful stock of games, and stay connected with free Wi-Fi.

Pajaro Dunes Resort is nestled approximately 20 miles south of Santa Cruz, and 30 miles north of Monterey. Located at Sunset State Beach, you can enjoy long strolls to Manresa State Beach and beyond. Spend a fun-filled day kayaking with the otters at Moss Landing, just a ten minute drive. Boogey board, surf or fish right outside the condo. Watch the extensive variety of birds while strolling around the Shorebirds pond, or enjoy a friendly game of tennis, pickleball, or basketball on this beautiful and peaceful property.

We had a wonderful time as a family of 2 adults and 2 teens. The ocean view in the main room and master bedroom is absolutely beautiful and being able to hear the ocean waves while sleeping was amazing. The condo was clean, quiet and safe. We had easy beach access….literally just steps away from a clean and quiet beach. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean Great value for the money. My only advice is the 2nd bedroom is probably best for kids and not adults, as the mattresses were pretty firm. Regardless, we had THE BEST time. Would stay here again! Sally is a great and responsive host :)

Beautiful location and most everything you need to enjoy your stay. We would do it again in a heartbeat. For those looking for ADA info, it is only 1 set of stairs, not 3 as you would assume for a 3rd floor, but the treds are a bit rounded. Also, the step out of both the tub and shower is a BIG step down without grab bars. Many of the pillows are down feather for those who care. Sally was wonderful about ensuring that the place was clear of strong chemicals before we arrived. Thanks, Sally
