This was my second stay there in four months and the pool was still not heated. The coffee was old and cold. The food was barely endeble.

While the staff was excellent and tried very hard to be helpful, we were so disappointed witht the hotel itself. We really don't like the modern and cold feeling of the hotel itself. We had a lot of problems with the first room- the clock wasn't set to the correct time so we were up and down to breakfast an hour early, we had nothing but problems with the TV, the heater/cooler system was very loud and hard to regulate, the motion dectector lights were awful (are people now so lazy that they can't turn on a light switch?), none of the meats at breakfast were cooked well enough and all the bread products were old. They finally moved us to another room but again, the motion dectector lights were very hard to try and get used to, there was very limited drawers to put clothes away (one of the sets of drawers would not open all the way because they faced right into the heater- how could the designer or/and installer not see that as a problem?!) and we were still having problems with the TV (it kept turning itself off). The indoor pool was advertised as heated but it wasn't. We will not be staying here again.
