Best Western Coral Hills
"We stayed at the Best Western Coral Hills for 3 week nights, checking in on a Tuesday and checking out on a Friday. We liked everything about our experience except for one thing. First, the good: Their breakfast and breakfast staff were very good for this type of hotel. We liked the fact that they had both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. The location in the very heart of downtown was also good. The facility was well maintained. Now, the bad: When we checked in, we were told that we would only have housekeeping come in if we requested it. We requested it only for Thursday. The desk clerk made a note of that in the computer but housekeeping never showed up on that day or any day. When we checked out, I mentioned that our request for housekeeping was unfulfilled and the desk clerk apologized and said she would bring it up at their next staff meeting. So I believe they will try and improve but that was the negative thing we experienced."
