Our ocean view studio is located one block to restaurants, the Red Kettle Coffee Shop, shopping and the beach. Our studio is furnished with a queen bed, a trundle bed, full bath, view deck, TV, and off street parking. Pets are welcome-max 2 pets. ($75 one time pet fee.)

Our stay at the Summerland Guest Studio was perfect. We were there to drop off our daughter at UCSB, and used it as a relaxing home base in between moving her in and shopping for supplies. We walked to breakfast and then down to the gorgeous beach one morning. The neighborhood is quiet and the beds are clean and comfortable! All in all, a great stay!

This is a lovely guest suite. Excellent location for a relaxing getaway by the beach. Plenty of restaurants near by. I was mostly there by myself with my dog, but two friends joined me for the last day and the place never seemed crowded. The host is most accommodating!

Perfect CA beach stay

What’s wonderful place for a couple or a family. We travels with our two adult children for a wedding and this was perfect. If you are traveling with little ones, it will be even better. Why pay for the cost of an overpriced hotel when you can stay here.

We loved D’Arcy’s place in Summerland. We were attending an event in Santa Barbara and the location was perfect. Easy access to SB. We had a great time walking down the street to the Summerland Cafe, Rusty’s Pizza and Lookout Park. My family of 4 fit just right in the apartment. D’Arcy left many great snacks and sent us a few messages with helpful information. We would definitely recommend her place to others.

Just Absolutely Lovely

It’s difficult to describe just how lovely the location and host here in Summerland really are. The Proximity to Santa Barbara and Montecito was perfect. It made for a perfect retreat from the frenetic energy of my niece’s wedding. It was quiet and relaxing and really just lovely. The host’s attention to detail was really the icing on the cake. If you’re looking for a spot to get away, this is really the place!

Just lovely!

Reserved this stay for a long weekend with three other girlfriends. The stay was exactly as advertised, with plenty of snacks, suggestions, and a gorgeous view. The host was also very communicative and kind, and even dropped off a bottle of wine. Summerland itself is adorable and we were pleasantly surprised just how close Santa Barbara and Montecito were (just a few minutes). The cot under the pullout was a bit squeaky but otherwise truly a perfect stay and would definitely book again'

Summerland is a cute town

This place is a hidden gem. It was perfect for our five day stay. We visited Solvang and Santa Barbara. D'Arcy was very friendly and even surprised me with a bottle of wine for my birthday!

Magical Summerland

Located in the heart of magical Summerland, we love this studio for both its charm and its walk-ability to shops and beach. We did a couple of the trail walk suggestions provided by D'Arcy and loved the views. Truly a magical getaway.
