Beautiful butique style, super clean and perfectly designed. Staff was welcoming and friendly. We were offered even better room with King bed room instead of what was ordeted for no additioal charge. Nice location, excellent service.

Comfort!!!

This place was amazing! Fresh-baked cookies and complementary wine when I arrived. The room was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was great as well.

Nice quiet getaway. Took about 10 minutes to walk to downtown. It was a dark walk and a bit quiet but actually quite safe. Downtown area is nice.

Cute place centrally located!

Cute little place off of a Main Street, good location walking distance from the water. Service was lovely and the included breakfast was nice! The room was also nice and renovated. Maintenance was a bit odd- people were in our room when we checked in and in the morning, someone was cleaning our balcony, which was located next to two big glass doors next to the bed. We thought it was a little expensive for the lack of amenities.

Go Somewhere Else For Now BUT Give A Try Later

Pros: Room was very cute, bed was comfortable, large fridge in room, gets really dark for sleep Cons: TV didn’t work, fireplace didn’t work, no guide or info on anything, breakfast was NOT GOOD, coffee only available at breakfast 8-10AM and did not have any creamer/half and half etc. The exterior looked a little run down BUT there were staff actively working on it so that’s appreciated.

It's good but can be better following amenities: Trash can be kept in a better space. It was near the entrance. Shower gel and shampoo holder was rusty. Electric charging will be good addition.

Traumatized birthday room experience.

It was my boyfriend s bday we wanted to have a romantic room with upgraded fireplace. We checked in at 3pm. Happy our room was cozy. We turned on the fireplace which was a remote control operated and it didn’t work. Went to the front desk asking a young man how to work it. Was unsuccessful so ran back down to ask if someone could come take a look. While waiting turned on the TV. It came on then froze after a minute. After an hour the front desk young man came up He couldn’t fix it we also told him about the TV then asked if there was another room available he said he would check and also contact his manager for the fireplace then left. We had made reservations for dinner at 6:00.It’s now 5pm still no help from reception so I called Hotel.com at least 10 times each time after answering all its questions asked and waiting to speak with a customer service it came back saying sorry we re unable to help please call back again. It’s now 5:45 had to rebook dinner reservations then went down to see why it’s we re not being helped.The young man replied oh I was waiting for my manager to response she can give a 10% discount. We gave our phone numbers to be contacted by the manager since the young man was very slow and seems to have a handicapped. The manager never called us back.

Very nice place with great service. It felt very homey. It does get a little loud, the room my husband and I were in was downstairs. The following day, someone was in the room above us and it was LOUD. We could hear running and so many thuds above us. Honestly, other than that it was still a great place to stay. William was great and very helpful.
