We just came from a horrible VRBO experience in Portugal, our plane was delayed, we had problems getting rental car, so we arrived at the room late and hours after we were supposed to. The owner communicated with us the entire time and was very easy to work with. He happily met us at the door when we arrived. He provided us with the keys, showed us to the room, showed us how to operate everything, gave us tips on where to shop. The place was very nice and clean. It had a great view of the ocean. There was construction next door, but they finished before evening, so it never bothered us. Overall, a great place to stay and a great experience with the owner.

Nice apartment, great view, Thomas was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. if you plan on staying here, we recommend renting a car. On-street free parking was available outside the building.

Thomas was extremely helpful and the property was in a great location in Cala Millor. If you rent a car there are several beaches that you can explore within a short distance for those who prefer a less crowded beach.

Fantastic Apartment

This is a great apartment, close to the beach and restaurants and I highly recommend it. There are a couple of supermarkets nearby. The apartment was clean and just as lovely it is in the pictures, its also very well equipped. The balcony is great and has a fantastic view of the beach. Contact with the host was always good and timely.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in dieser sehr schönen gemütlichen Ferienwohnung. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern, sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Dazu kommt die hervorragende Lage, direkt am Meer, Meerblick vom geräumigen Balkon inklusive. Absolut empfehlenswert!!! 5 von 5 Sternen

Spätherbst in Cala Millor

Wir waren im November in dieser schönen gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Das Wetter war mild bei angenehmen 20 Grad. Ideal um Ausflüge zu machen und die Insel zu erkunden. Wir waren sogar noch im Meer schwimmen. Die Jahreszeit im Spätherbst ist ideal, wenn man die Ruhe zum Relaxen sucht und den Trubel des Sommers meiden will. Die Abende konnte man bei einem Glas Wein noch am Balkon genießen und dem Meeresrauschen zuhören. Bei einem Problem war der Vermieter sofort zu erreichen und half weiter. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Unser Aufenthalt war richtig gut. Betreuung vor Ort: sehr sehr nett. Hilfsbereit. So sollen Vermieter sein. Das appartment war auch sehr schön, alles war vorhansen, nur einige kleine Reparaturen müssten gemacht werden. Aussicht war super. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Uns hat es sehr sehr gut gefallen. Tollen Aufenthalt

Das Appartement ist super nahe am Strand gelegen. Wir haben den Balkon und die Aussicht täglich sehr genossen und uns gut erholt. Lediglich bei der Anfahrt hatten wir etwas Probleme weil das Navi die Adresse nicht gefunden hat. Auch für Menschen mit Rollator geeignet. Gerne wieder.

Ich kann die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen, wenn man mit einem Handtuch und einem Badetuch auskommt für 1 Woche, wenn man auf den Gartenstühlen mit 2 von 4 Auflagen zufrieden ist, wenn man im Bad nur 2 Haken braucht für 3 Leute, die anderen abgebrochen waren, die Klobrille hängt und der Papierhalter auf halb acht hängt. Auch fanden wir toll, dass je ein Glas für Rotwein, Sekt und Bier vorhanden war, man die vielen Handtücher zum Trocknen nicht über das Geländer hängen soll aber kein Wäscheständer da war. Wir können die Wohnung auch empfehlen, wenn man einen unfreundlichen Hausmeister möchte, der bei Nachfrage nach mehr Handtücher meint, was wir denn wollen, schließlich sind wir Selbstversorger . Und auf Nachfrage , wie der Fernseher funktioniert, meinte die anderen hätten das auch kapiert(wir haben alle 3 den Receiver nicht angebracht und hatten die ganze Zeit kein Fernseher ) Gerechterweise muss man aber sagen, es war sehr sauber und die Betten waren toll.

Traumurlaub in Cala Millor

Das gebuchte Appartement entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen. Die Traumaussicht aufs Meer hat uns täglich fasziniert. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Alles war perfekt, es hat an nichts gefehlt. In der Küche waren ausreichend Töpfe, Pfannen und Geschirr vorhanden, sogar eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, Spülmittel, Folie, Essig, Öl, Salz, Zucker stand zur Verfügung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es in unmittelbarer Nähe, Lidl Mercadona waren nur einen kleinen Spaziergang entfernt. Auch zum Arzt oder in die Apotheke waren es nur ein paar Schritte. Parkplätze waren immer frei, also mit dem Auto gab es überhaupt kein Problem. Unser Vermieter, Thomas, war ein kompetenter freundlicher sehr sympathischer Ansprechpartner, der uns stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand und uns das gute Gefühl vermittelte willkommen zu sein. Da wir auch noch ein herrliches Wetter während des gesamten Aufenthaltes hatten, war der Urlaub alles in allem perfekt. Wir werden wieder kommen! Ganz sicher!

Vermieter besser kontrollieren

Nie wieder Ferienwohnung direkt buchen. So etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Und es war nicht preiswert. Sehr schlechter Service. 2Handtücher für 3Wochen. Keine Bettwäsche gewechselt. Lauwarme Dusche, Wasser im Bad lief sehr schlecht ab, Waschmaschine hat gestunken und dreckig, habe Mittel gekauft und 3mal gereinigt. Kein Internet kein Fernseher auf deutsch wer hat die Bewertung 5Sterne gegeben. Katastrophe könnte noch mehr erzählen

Bel emplacement et appartement agréable.

Appartement totalement conforme à la description. Une vue sur la mer au top! Néanmoins le prix du ménage nous a semblé très élevé. Manque un balai et une pelle pour enlever le sable sans sortir l aspirateur.
