Completely renovated after Hurricane Ian, our three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom vacation home is now even more inviting with new flooring, a brand newkitchen, and a bright, beachy ambiance throughout. The new kitchen island with seating is perfect for easy gathering.

Prime Location:
Situated on the tranquil West End of Sanibel Island, weare just a short 5-minute stroll from the deeded beach access at Rabbit Road and West Gulf Drive. Endless seashells and beautiful sunsets await you. The bike path across the street connects you to over 20 miles of scenic trails, perfect for exploring the island's natural beauty. You can even bike to the popular Rosalita’s Mexican Restaurant in just 5 minutes!

Comfort & Space:
Our home offers three bedrooms (one king, one queen and one with two twins) and a   bonus room with a queen bed, comfortably accommodating additional guests. The king suite opens onto the lanai overlooking the pool. All main-level bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, perfect for couples or families seeking extra privacy.

Outdoor Oasis:
Relax and unwind in our spacious screened-in lanai, overlooking the generously sized heated pool. It's the perfect spot for enjoying the warm Florida sunshine or stargazing on balmy evenings.

Our host answered questions rapidly. Enjoyed the house. It was in a great location on bike path and close to Bailys food and Mex restaurant. There were plenty of kitchen tools and the TV worked fine.
