Toni and Jeff were welcoming and friendly. They even left us a plate of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. Sundial D212 has been newly renovated as of January 2026. The kitchen had all the necessities, coffee maker (pods or brew), pans, dishes, and a variety of kitchenwares. There was a nice shower with plenty of hooks to dry towels and swim suits. There was a hair dryer and plenty of beach towels and bathroom towels.The king size bed was very comfortable and there is a loveseat and an arm chair. There were two beach chairs and an umbrella for those who want to relax at the beach, which is only a few minutes walk along the path.The WiFi was excellent and the heat and AC worked perfectly.

Came in for a week of fun in the sun and a little rest and relaxation. We had a great time and the condo had everything we needed. The beach was nice and the pool nice and cool relief from the sun. We love Sanibel and hope to be back soon.

The room was as described. It was clean, organized and well appointed for our needs. The check-in process was easy and the communication from the leasing agent was very clear. The property is no more than 50 yards from the beach. The pool was excellent and a parking spot was close to the room. i plan to rent this room next year

Fantastic Beach Front Condo D212

We loved everything about this condo. We were the first people to stay post renovation from hurricane Ian. The kitchen had a full size fridge, dishwasher and stove, with all the necessary pans and utensils. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom and beach towels too.We work remote and the Wi-Fi was consistent and reliable with both of us on Teams calls. The walk from Sundial to the beach was 5 minutes. We took walks before and after work and found so many beautiful shells. There were 2 beach chairs and an umbrella available if we wanted to relax on the beach.The condo is a short drive to Jerry's for groceries and to restaurants. There was one covered parking stall, which is great when it's raining. There is also coin operated laundry available in a common area of the building. The windchill dropped to 28 degrees and the heat worked like a champ. The tile floors were cold so pack a pair of warm socks or slippers. The hosts were very responsive to questions and welcomed us with a plate of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies.

Perfect getaway for solo traveler

Lovely studio condo. Perfect for one or two people. Included beach chairs, pool noodles, snorkel gear, even several types of sunscreen! Plenty of towels for both bath and beach. Kitchen was very well equipped although a bit cramped. Very nice barbecue grill just steps across the parking area. Out on the beach in less than 2 minutes. Only issue was how dimly lit the exterior corridors and stairwells were after sundown. This particular unit does not have a light fixture anywhere near the door so I had to carry a small flashlight to be able to find keyhole to get back in unit after dark. I understand the need for low lighting regarding sea turtle nesting, but this side of the building faces the parking lot and street and there is absolutely no view of the beach. Since exterior lighting is uniform across all buildings in the resort I don't see anything ever being done to provide additional lighting so just be aware. Other than that it was a wonderful stay!!

There are no complaints about the unit apart from the fact that there was a lot of noise coming from building work that was going on both directly our unit and nearby on other units. We were only warned about this 2 or 3 days before the beginning of our vacation.

Relax and peaceful vacation.

Instructions for check in were perfect, owner response was wonderful after an issue with parking pass, unit is nice and clean, it's perfect for a couple and at a very quiet and convenient location, close to one of the pool, and bbq area is in front of the building. We had a great time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had a little trouble finding it, the GPS doesn’t take you to the correct location. It was storming and very dimly lit. We were very impressed with how clean everything was! There was a note about not leaving food out due to the ants would find it so we were very careful. About mid week we started seeing them in the bathroom but it wasn’t unbearable. The property was gorgeous and a short walk to the pool and beach. The last night was an adventure with our new upstairs neighbors though. They slammed doors, drug furniture across the floor and rode baby elephants around (it sounded like) until around 3:30am. We finally called the front desk and it was taken care of quickly. Four hours sleep made a long ride home but we’d definitely stay here again. Take trash bags and toilet paper!

Sanibel Summer Visit

Great place to stay. So very convenient to the Beach, Pool and local restaurants. Parking is great, no worries on space available. Condo is great for a couple, furnished exactly as described. We would stay here again, no hesitation!
