Nice place to stay at. Too many kids though slamming doors and running in halls 1st night there. Didn’t have time to use pools during our stay. No free breakfast. Most Expensive compared to other places we have stayed at recently.

Very loud clientele.

Due to the fact people were slamming doors and running up and down the hallways and just being loud overall will have me second guess staying at this location again. Impossible we were the only people annoyed with all the commotion outside our room.

We were celebrating our anniversary and had delicious dinner in dining room at hotel. The server was attentive, helpful with food choices and presented us with a free dessert. The outdoor grounds were inviting. Great choice for special occasion.

We liked that this property was kept clean and felt safe during our stay. The only negative was the indoor pool. It felt very unsafe after seeing kids daily take a fall due to the wetness of the floor. Staff was very hospitable. The hotel is very well maintained. Food was also excellent. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Nice and cooooold

Hotel staff were very friendly and informative. The room was very nice and clean, and we definitely appreciated the cold A/C during the 90F heat-wave. The only negative I can think of is that our room was a decent hike from the front desk, but they did mention we came during a sold out weekend. Overall a great experience that was just minutes from Cedar Point.

Front desk staff and restaurant waiters were all lovely. Menu prices were a bit overpriced, but overall, the atmosphere and ambiance were great. The pool bar staff was friendly and prompt as well. It was a good stay and I would recommend it for the future. Everything was very clean—even though our room was only partially cleaned, the space and grounds were pretty immaculate.
