Our stay was vey pleasant. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Given staffing issues most places are having, they provided an adequate hot breakfast (only available on weekends which is when we were there).

Very clean and comfortable room. Lots of space. Beautiful bathroom. Quiet overall. Syaff were very nice.

We were double billed. One by Travelocity $157.41 and then billed by Hampton Inn for $135.50. Why are we double billed and why the difference? This should not be

I will never book a room in this hotel again. On the first day there I asked for two additional pillows and two chairs. After two days and three phone calls I finally received them. There could not have been more than five families staying in the hotel. The breakfast food was bland, tasted like it had been warmed up several time. The next to the last day of the visit our room was not serviced. After complaining twice I was told by staff that I had refused service, My family and I were gone all day. I told the person at the desk that this was a flat lie. Also two days before our departure we placed three bags of trash at the door and when we returned it was still there. The attitude of the staff is defensive and misleading. Every time I spoke to someone it was not their shift and it must have been something I or my family did. The Guest Manager Sheila Skeel was also very rude to my daughter. When I went down stairs to follow up the receptionist said she was not there. As we were driving away my daughter noticed her in a break area outside the front entrance taking a smoke break. Another lie. This hotel needs a shakeup.

Awful neighbors

The hotel was real nice and clean, Tara takes a lot of time with the rooms, you can tell. The neighbors were AWFUL, all the kid did was cry. The hotel was full and we were tired. The room and hotel were nice.

PIB Weekend

Very clean room. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Better price than closer PIB hotels. Consider staying here on your next trip to the PIB area.
